He had a pair, an older version, but lost them and asked for another pair for Christmas. So they must be good.

The sound is great. They don't power off when you take them out of your ears. Although I use the auto-detect setting, it only works when putting in and not taking out. When initializing, it takes one longer than the other to connect. You have to ensure the beats are in the charging case perfectly, or they won't charge, even if they appear to be stored correctly—a little disappointed in all of the quirks for such an expensive pair of earphones.

They won’t stay on my ears and my ears are pretty normal shaped. Pieces became loose after a cpl months and now they’re lost. 1 at a time but my first trip through the airport i lost both.

Pairing mode stopped working after 38 days. Hoping bestbuy will make this right and exchange them for a working pair.

These earbuds are pretty awesome. The only drawback is that they require two hands to put them in your ears.

The right earbud failed after two weeks. Disappointed -- was hoping these would last much longer given the high price tag and name brand recognition.

They work pretty good as expected by beats. I wish they where a little more base heavy but other then that really impressed.

After 3 1/2 weeks of owning these the left earbud stopped holding a charge. Could not return back to Best Buy. When to the Apple Store to have them repaired. For the price you would expect better quality.

I had purchased a pair of these beats from best buy back in 2022. The quality of those beats was far better than the quality of the ones I m recently purchased.

Theyre good headphones for listening to music. Terrible for voicecalls. They connect and disconnect sometimes at random to my phone. Battrry life is good.

I like how they fit in ear very comfy and won’t fall off but I asked them for very loud ones and was sold these and I’m sorry these are not loud when I work out I want loud music it’s to soft.

Worked well for the first few months and then the right ear would only last for about 5-10 min charge.

The earbuds are good but the reason im not giving it a higher rating is because they are underwhelming, the case is bulky ao theyre not a take in your pocket every day kinda thing, they also dont sound any better then other earbuds but iPhone comparability is really nice to have, so if you want earbuds that work amazing with iphone but dont want them to fall out when you’re an active person, get these.

My husband LIVES them!!!! He had a kick off brand that one ear stopped playing and his charging case wouldn’t stay closed!!! He is very happy and so am I!!!

I own these and apple AirPod pros and I HIGHLY recommend spending the extra $50 to get the noise cancellation and the lightness of the AirPods.

Good sound quality. Does not always link up to phone. Have to have the charging case close by at all times in case link up does not occur.

My wife loves these headphones. They connect seamlessly to her phone and she uses it for calls at work and also to workout with. She really appreciates the gift.

Fit nicely, but the audio coming in was very distorted and going out was mediocre. Good battery life.

I love the sound quality but for some reason people can't hear me all the time when using these after all spent on these I'm bummed out

This was my second pair that I’ve bought. This pair was actually a gift for my wife. I liked mine so I figured I grab her a set. I wear mine at work for 10 hours.
