Sound is great, battery life great, BUT.....connection to case is iffy, if not connected it won’t charge.. you’ve read this before.. you’d think Apple,beats would have corrected by now

I have purchased two pairs of these headphones because they work great until they don’t. First pair worked perfectly the the right headphone stopped charging (for absolutely no reason). These eventually broke and I bought a new pair with high hopes. Now the left headphone in this pair does not charge and I have no blue why. These headphones are great but it’s pretty sh^**y when they keep breaking from charging problems.

The charging plate on ear piece chipped off, so now my left ear bud won’t charge let alone the whole chargeable case doesn’t work.

terrible. stopped working after a month. wont hold charge. i run every morning at least 2 miles so about 20 min daily minimum. these are not meant for working out. connecting never worked from day one and i have an iphone 13. one side would connect but the other wouldnt. i would have to put them back in box and take out and hope it worked. the sound was pretty low too. nothing loud enough.

For the price, I would recommend checking elsewhere. You can get Skull Candy for a quarter the price.

Sounds quality and overall functionality are great, HOWEVER, none of that matters if the product will not charge! Please do yourself a favor and look into the charging issues currently plaguing this product. Right earphone has proven to not charge inside of the charging case, and Apple has not found a fix to this issue. 10/10 would not purchase again - complete waste of $250!

Our son loves these and he hasn't taken them out very much since we purchased them for him the week before Christmas to replace a much inferior product.

I’ve had the older ones with the cord and these are even better I love that you don’t have to turn them on and as soon as they touch your ear it’s on love love love it

Overall a great pair of headphones BUT I wished it was made easier to skip a song. You literally have to push the beats logo button twice which can be hard when you’re running

The right ear piece doesn’t always connect correctly in the recharging case. Getting to the point might have to return them.

I keep buying these for the sound and they keep sucking. They don’t ever charge and the left one never works. For this price point fix this crap

Horrible quality, audio quality is horrible. I wouldn’t expect this from headphones more than $20

Great sound and easy to use. Stays in place during intense and lots of movement in workouts.

I never used this type of headphones before I usually used the beat studio style but these have exceeded my expectations.

What a waste of time. Was super psyched to have new earbuds. First trip out, within 15 minutes at the gym, the left bud reported 0% charge. After coming home, I did some troubleshooting and a google search... sure enough, it's a known issue. Oh bother! And on top of that, Apple reports Expired Warranty... I just bought them. You have to jump through hoops to get Apple to reset your warranty.

2nd pair I bought, husband loved them so much, I had to get a pair for my son. He liked them better than the air pods and they don’t fall out

I just bought a week ago. A little tight around the ear but if I put it on a certain way, it's not as tight. I guess i need to break them in first so n they aren't as tight
