I returned this and got new ones. The left bud stopped working and I couldn't get it to pair.

My step father loves them he has wanted them for a while but couldn't afford it so I said why not and they are great not easy to lose them.

I like that they automatically turn off when I take them off and are already turned on and connected when I put them on. Very pleased with this purchase

Quick connection and good sound. Use often for working out and making phone calls in the office as you can use either one as a bluetooth headset.

Good sounding earbuds, only negative is it does not have Noise Cancellation. For this price it should have it.

The sound quality in these is not on the same level as other beats products. Regardless of the ear tips I used it didn't compare to previous purchases. Another annoying thing about the os the control buttons on both ear pieces. A simple tap accidentally and one is off or a track is skipped. There's no way to disable them with makes it even worse. I expect more from a beats product and these were a major let down.

Not holding charge well, doesnt stay charged for long

The powerbeat pros's worked for about three weeks. Now the right ear piece will not charge. Looked online and there seems to be a consistent issue with the powerbeat pro's. Apple needs to step up and omit the issue with the product. I waste to much time with Apple support on the issue, I am now 1 days short of being able to return them for a full refund.

I love my Powerbeats Pros. I love how the case charges them and they’re hands free and start/stop playing music with a touch of a button. Love em.

Volume too low. Could not hear much. Phone calls were hard to hear.

I bought these specifically for the Gym, The color is beautiful but they just wouldn’t stay in my ear the adjustment part would almost wrap around twice. And when I could get them in they would give me a headache and still squeeze out at some point. I went a ahead and ordered a case that had an AirPod kit and it failed so I might give the beats a try in the future.

only issue is that I had it shipped. Took 4 days when it was listed as next day shipping. I could have picked in 10 mins, guess that what I get for being lazy!

Good until you have connectivity errors. Connecting these are good at the beginning of their life then it becomes a nightmare. I cannot connect them to my PC half the time and they disconnect randomly when they are connected to my phone so incredibly annoying. Quality is good. Not comfortable they hurt your ears no matter what size cushion you use.
