I really like the look on the headphones and how they are supposed to be used but find that a lot of times they hurt my ears and have to reposition them a lot

First off, the good: great sound and fit. Finally the headphones I've been waiting for to use during runs and intense workouts. When they work that is, which is never. They've dropped on every run or workout I've done. Totally worthless. Missed the return window (suppose I'll take credit for not realizing 30-days is no longer a thing). Then, Apple support returned the same headphones without repair or replacement, citing they "couldn't replicate problem". Wholly unacceptable. Thanks for nothing but an expensive bad fashion choice.

2nd time buying these. I was hoping the tech would get better since there is an insane amount of people reporting the issue I had (one earbud doesn’t hold charge). Nope, not going through this again, I will be returning these and try to find another earbud option. So bummed

Great set and good for working out. Only downside is if you don’t put the ear buds in the perfect position in the charging case then you might not get charge on one of them.

They are cool but a little big for my ears but I can’t wear anything without the loops to hold them on. I have small ears and everything falls out

I had to reform these. My wife and i use Android. I got these for her as a present. Once or of the box, the paired and paired music. Somehow they decided to impair never to be paired again. I had to return these and picked up some samsung buds instead.

I really love technology, especially headphones. These just were not worth the cost to me. They simply sound ok, but there are some on the market that sounds better and cheaper.

Didn't fit my ear. The ear buds kept falling out of my ears.

These headphones sound great, but within 4 months and little use, my left earbud has stopped working

The colors and the design of the earbuds are excellent, just compared to other earbuds the sound quality is average.

Love them. Quality sound and don’t fall out of your ears like apple ear buds do.

These are a necessity for my wife to hear her phone and TV over the loud machines that she works around.

I love these! They are the best. But get AppleCare. My right one stopped charging but I have coverage so it’s all good.

Great price, these were 10 dollars cheaper than other ones I guess because of the color. But at this price it’s a great value!

Excellent for high-performance activities! I tried certain ones like the galaxy buds pro but they just couldn't come close.

Bever connect when you want it too or it keep disconnecting.hurts my ears too

Service was great just replaced my broken ones and it was a smooth transaction.

If I could give a rating of -10 I would. This the third pair of Dr. Dre powerbeats I have owned. This by far is the worst pair. Every time I move my head to look down or clear intersection I lose my music. This is very frustrating. If I could I would return them!!! Definitely not worth the price I paid. Extremely disappointed
