Honestly the sound is to low for me I was hoping for the price I paid the volume would go way higher also I can’t re-start the music from the ear you have to use the phone

I have purchased this product twice. One from my mobile and the last from BB. The one major complaint is that after some time (6 months) the right side will have issues such as no sound or not even with the left side. The form factor is great for when I take long walks or work out instead of my over-the-ear type headphones. For the price, I expected it to go a year without issues. Not sure if that's a realistic expectation but I've had others that cost less that lasted longer before encountering an issue. Issue encountered with both pairs

Right ear bud only charges half the time. Connectivity is shotty at best.

Security on the ears is great. These won’t fall off. Terrible sound quality. Very tinny. I’ve tried every potential solution found through various sources. With poor sound fit doesn’t matter. Wouldn’t recommend.

We have an open office but have on-line training, teleconferences, etc. The office used to sound like an airport terminal with all the noise. These earphones solved half the problem.

Only reason i give them one star is that there not for individuals on the spectrum. Great quality and all. But not good for autistic people.

I have had these for a little over a year and they are great. The only thing is with glasses they move sometimes so I find myself adjusting them semi often at the gym

Bought two pairs of these one for me one for my husband. He didn't like them because they don't pair with two phones and I didn't like them becasue they were uncomfortable after a few hours of wearing. Both were returned.

Returned so i could exchange for airpods, but they said i had to wait for reward certificate to be posted back on my account. Now 17 days later and still no reward certificate and hence still no headphones. Called Customer Service and they say they will send to a specialist, which will take who knows how long.

These are good for quality but they seems to have a hard time staying paired with devices. A little bit of an annoyance but not the end of the world. Battery life is good.

Note: I do not necessarily agree that these are poor (one star) but I do not think they deserve to be considered fair (which is 2 star). For the money, not worth it. There are issues with how the case is designed and how the units charge/sit in the case. It is very finicky and it is a great disappointment going to pull these out and the battery is almost dead or is already dead (seems to be the left one all the time). I have no issues with the performance, sound, etc but I have never had any issues with my AirPods

Used them for working out and hiking. They do not shut off as well when you sweat. I know there are some out there that will shut off and that ruins the mood, not with these bad bois though.

The units are hard to charge and very hard to turn on. They are very comfortable if I could just learn more on the controls

I bought these beats for my husband for Christmas. He really likes them, the only thing about them is that the b sticker on one of the earbuds started coming off a month in of having them.

Only thing I would like to see is gps on them so u could use the find my AirPod when you misplaced your headphones. Other than that it’s a pretty much must have with me everyday or it’s a crap day without them.

Sometimes I go to workout and one ear piece isn’t charged. Can’t tell if the contact is not lining up. The do charge quick from the case 75% in 15 minutes Doesn’t fit into my hears. Can’t try them out at store so I rolled the dice and lost.

I bought these 10 months ago and loved them but the right ear stopped working a couple of weeks ago and no amount or research and resetting will cure the problem. I was hoping to get more life out of them for the price I paid.

Charging unit stops walking after 9 months I've been trying to get a replacement, still working with best buy and apple care

Bought as a Christmas gift for my husband. He loves them and I do as well. They are not falling out of his ears as previous others have.

They work perfectly with my iPhone 12 Pro Max . They don’t quite for my ear perfectly. But the ability to use just one in which ever ear I want is a positive . So really it should be 4.75 stars
