Sometimes one earphone stops playing without me pushing the button. Sometimes both stop working. Sometimes I can't get it to connect to Bluetooth. I will take them back to the store and have them replaced.

These are ok. It does not fit properly in my right ear and blocks the sound. But they are fine for my workouts. Nothing beats my bose for sound though.

Hello Guys, I hope you are well satisfied for the greatest rating possible to give. I believe that you guys deserve this 5 Star rating from me because I love my new apple beats.

I don't know if it's the app, the earphones, or both. These things are great, but the connectivity, and charging issues are so frustrating. There are times where my case will be closed, but the earphones will remain connected, and eventually die while in the case. There are times where only one earphone will charge. If I knew about this, I would've avoided buying them.

I was excited to own a pair of Beats and when my wife bought this as an early anniversary present i was stoked. I own Samsung but since this is marketed as a product that can be paired with any device i thought nothing of the fact that Apple bought Beats several years ago. Over the next week it wouldn't stay synced, kept disconnecting in the middle of me on the phone or listening to music while doing yard work. If i made phone calls while wearing the Beats it would disconnect and I would have to use my phone, which is not convenient when you're using both hands to clean. At one point it required a firmware update but since I didn't own an Apple product I needed to plug it directly into a laptop, which i don't always have readily available. I called customer support and i learned that Beats is designed to work optimally with Apple products but can technically work with other devices. They also suggested I go to a public computer at the local library to install the firmware update. Fortunately I was able to return it and buy something useful.

The sound quality is fair but there is better in comparison for the money such as BOSE. I returned these after a week, I was expecting better sound quality based on BEATS other headphone lines and it was not there.

The earbuds sound good, dont get me wrong but the connevtivity issues I experience with this as android user were extremely annoy. I would get a different earbuds instead. Apple users for have blast with this. A disclaimer for android users should be place in the box tbh.

The sound is not good for something at this price point. The great thing about these are they won’t fall out during my workouts or my runs.

I hate them! They don't always both connect - lose charge easy. I tried giving them a fair chance and now they are not returnable and I am stuck!

This is the second pair I have bought. The first pair the left ear would not charge within a few years and I thought is was because I was wearing at the gym and from sweat. This pair was bought in July of 2023 and the left ear will not charge again? I sent out for repair and they were returned saying nothing is wrong. Anyone else have this problem?

I take these headphones to the gym. I like them but I wish they were louder and they did'nt hurt after an hour or so of use. They are better then the cheap headphones for sure though.

Great product. This is the third set our family has purchased with people deciding they want a set of their own after trying them.

Sound quality is decent, but overall very poor product. The 2 main problems are that they do not play with just one bud in. IE, if I am listening to music and take out one of the head phones, they stop playing. The 2nd problem is that they do not auto pair with any of my bluetooth devices. Not the end of the world, but having to manually pair them every time you want to use them is fairly annoying.

Beats are really nice, I just hated that I had to order them again because the first tone I had them shipped to my house and I received the wrong earphones so I had to return them and ordered them again for pickup.

Even on day 1. Having both connectors sync up has been a nightmare. It's either one not working, or the other. It's super annoying. If they just worked and turned on properly without me having to spend 5 minutes of putting them in the case, and taking them out, they would be perfect. I don't know why having them turn on is the hardest part. After looking on reddit, this is a COMMON issue...

If you have apple products and want an over the ear truly wireless head this is the way to go. I havent been able to get any extended wear comfortable and the case hing has become lose , so ive taken away 1 star.

Pretty good... Not sure if they're worth the money though.. particularly as they're not great for long term wear. They get uncomfortable water a bit. If only the inner ear part wasn't such hard plastic!

Same Sound quality as older beats product but TERRIBLE MICROPHONE/PHONE CALL CAPABILITY. Have not had one call where the other person on the phone did not complain about ability to hear me. So frustrating when everyone is saying they can’t hear you or stop mumbling. No way I’m going to go around legit screaming at my headphones My old beats really excelled at this and I was looking for that while shopping. Huge let down and will definitely influence future purchases. With all that being said, I never had issue or dislike and my past Beats products. So one would naturally assume the problem is the user or product. You’ll have to just take my word it’s not a user problem and instead a product problem. Whether that problem is a manufacturing defect or just a sub-par product I do not know.

Love these earphones because they have hooks that wrap around your ear. Great for working out. If you are looking for alternatives to Apple Earpods this is a great choice.
