sounds good, always breaks

They sounded good and the battery life seemed to last a while. Fast forward one month and the left earphone stopped working. Turns out only the right one would charge. This happened to TWO pairs of these, each within one month of getting them brand new. If the charging case and batteries were reliable these would be great.
