This item arrived DoA unfortunately very disappointing.

Got these as a present for my dad's birthday. He uses them at the gym, perfect because they're sweat proof. He loves them, red is also a super nice color

They are good. I like the idea of reading text messages... My only concern is it doesn't come with Noise Cancellation

A lot bigger case than expected so they don't fit in most pockets but these work great! Got these for my girlfriend who has smaller ears and she couldn't be happier!

Sometimes they charge. Sometimes they don’t. Sometime 1 charges and the other one doesn’t. Sometimes one works and the other one just makes a tweaking sound. You have to disconnect and reconnect them. Not worth all the trouble and time you have to spend trying to get them to work properly. Big waste of money

Purchased these headphones for my husband and he absolutely loves them! This was a graduation gift and he appreciates the ear loop.

Have owned these for 3 years now and no deterioration in sound quality or battery life. Very durable, have dropped the charging case several times at the gym and still no issues. Superior sound quality to AirPods (have both) and really stay in your ear even when running. Every once in a while only one earbud connects and you have to put them back in the case and reconnect but no big deal.

Our son loves these and he hasn't taken them out very much since we purchased them for him the week before Christmas to replace a much inferior product.

There was zero bass with these. Returned a couple days after buying.

One side stop working and charging after two months..Don’t know the procedures to get it fixed. Lost my receipt

The right ear piece doesn’t always connect correctly in the recharging case. Getting to the point might have to return them.

Only worked a few months but sounded great when they worked. Apparently there is known issue with them not charging after a while (google it). Wish I would've known before hand because now I'm getting the run around to get them repaired. Yes, I have tried some of the online fixes. These are dead.

I really like beats pro, however the sound quality for conversation is not that great. Music and movies is good.

I just bought a week ago. A little tight around the ear but if I put it on a certain way, it's not as tight. I guess i need to break them in first so n they aren't as tight

Battery life is not long at all.only 4 hours at the most.... when others will hold a two to 3day Battery life.

The sound quality is terrible, when I first got them I was going to take them back thinking I had a defective pair, but listening to others the sound is just bad. I had a pair when Dr Dre first made them and those were great but these are garbage. It's well made, but the base is so low, it just very disappointing because I know how they are supposed to sound.

One of the ear pieces stopped working. It will charge to 100% and then when placed in the ear it immediately drops to 1% and powers off. Best Buy won’t let us return them either. Extremely disappointed with this product and Best Buy’s customer service. These were very expensive to stop working within less than 30 days. Picked up on July 27th, stopped working August 19th.

They sound good, but they started self-discharging after only 15 months. Take them out of the charging case, and they start discharging when not being used. This just started happening a week or so ago, so I'm going to see if I can keep them "usable" by keeping the charging case plugged in to keep the earbuds charged (otherwise it eventually drains all the charge from the case).

First let me say that the time that these worked they were AMAZING! There I said it… Now the “first pair” lasted just 9 days. Yes, that’s what I said, 9 days! I returned them for a replacement and the second pair lasted 11 days. Yes it was an improvement over the first pair but nothing to write home about. That was all I could take for spending $179 for them so I took them back for a refund and will look for something else. I didn’t run into any charging problems like others have stated. Both of the headphones sounded and performed AWESOMELY when they worked. For them to just stop working out of the blue baffled me and I will not be looking at buying these again. Another Beasts headphone pair, HELL YES, but not this particular type. Hope that helps with your decision. Good luck on your next purchase and I hope if you do get these that they last way longer than mine did. GET A WARRANTY, cus if they quit after the return period, you’re out that $$$
