I have had these Beats for almost 2 years. The left ear has stopped charging totally. The right ear now holds charge for only an hour then it dies. Called support and was told that the warranty was only for a year so I will have to pay for repairs! For the amount of money I had to pay for these Beats, the lifespan should not be only 2 years! I treated these Beats like a baby, kept them clean and protected them and yet they are like this now. Waste of money!

Overall great headphones. Love that they come with like 5 sets of different size ear buds. My only complaint is that after a while of use it does bother the ear a bit

I never used this type of headphones before I usually used the beat studio style but these have exceeded my expectations.

One ear piece stopped working after 5 months. Kept them in the holder when not in use, the broken earpiece doesn't play sound from my phone and makes a whining sound when I put my hand near.

Great for listening to music could use more bass. Not good for calls. Many complaints of static from callers and not coming in clear. Took some time getting use to however I returned them.

The are my favorite pair of headphones for the iPhone and iPad. Very easy to pair and use. Having the volume controls on both of them is very practical.

Overall they are a good product. The biggest complaint that i have is the color fades way too fast, i just bought mine a month ago and the color is already fading

These headphones are awesome the only complaint I have is you should be able to switch from noise cancellation to no noise Isolation for this price

Easy to use. Great to moisture that case is nice sit tight the only complaint they can hurt your ears just a little bit after wearing them for two or three hours

It was a gift for a relative and he is so happy with this because he can communicate better with his family in the Philippines hands free;)

I returned this and got new ones. The left bud stopped working and I couldn't get it to pair.

Awesome just what I needed for work. I like that I can talk to the ear phones to text or answer calls without ever picking my phone up.

Love the headphones! Have no issues with them coming out during workouts! Only complaint I have is I wish they had a little better bass!

I love that I can move around and they stay in my ears . Makes working out a whole lot easier .

terrible. stopped working after a month. wont hold charge. i run every morning at least 2 miles so about 20 min daily minimum. these are not meant for working out. connecting never worked from day one and i have an iphone 13. one side would connect but the other wouldnt. i would have to put them back in box and take out and hope it worked. the sound was pretty low too. nothing loud enough.

Love these. Compact. Easy to use. 100% compatible with Android and Apple. When I put these on at work, I hear no one, just the way I like it.

Absolutely love these headphones. I have been a beats person for many years and these are just as great as any of the other ones I have bought.

What a waste of time. Was super psyched to have new earbuds. First trip out, within 15 minutes at the gym, the left bud reported 0% charge. After coming home, I did some troubleshooting and a google search... sure enough, it's a known issue. Oh bother! And on top of that, Apple reports Expired Warranty... I just bought them. You have to jump through hoops to get Apple to reset your warranty.

This is a great product I purchase for my son. He is totally happy with it. Also, I received great customer service from Best Buy. Awesome!
