Great set of headphones, use them everyday for the gym!

I was going back and fourth between these and the air pods and decided to get these and im so happy i did!

Love them. Worth the money. I love how easy the phone pairs to them and the ambidextrous controls on each piece.

I bought these as a gift for my wife. She was considering the new style AirPods, but she likes these way better.

Max volume is horrendous. I blast the volume to max and I can hear every single word someone says right next to me as clear as day. I cannot believe Apple sells a product this bad. No bass and no volume. I tried everything. I changed the EQ settings and contacted Apple. They want me to send my brand new Powerbeats back to them for service. What garbage

They sound great and most importantly stay in your ears

I used these regularly for running. After three months one stopped charging. I sent them back to Apple and they repaired it. Then a month after the manufacture warranty expired the opposite side stopped charging. I believe there is a design flaw on the moisture resistance. For a product that is advertised to be used while exercising, it sure is poor. Otherwise, the sound is good with good bass response.

really not great they are the best for running and working with siri and the battery life can take u through a day , however the charging and paring for these are a nightmare they dont work i got the apple care and i am in the "apple infinite loop" of no one wanting to help me have a trip to florida i want to go running and i dont have my beats cause they wont pair PS bohght them in june its only nov

The case had to be next to the phone or it would disconnect from my phone, couldn't leave the case at home

I ended up bringing these back to the store after two weeks of use. I found the sound quality subpar at best. The inserts made my ear canal really sensitive and every time I would use them I would end up with a headache. I also experience the sound going out of one of the earbuds as did other people. I was extremely disappointed.

The overall service was excellent, didn't have to wait once order was submitted online

Ok but you can get better Not comfortable for long periods of time
