Works basically well but missing something

Poor battery life

Could not return back to Best Buy. When to the Apple Store to have them repaired. For the price you would expect better quality.

Batteries won’t hold charge

They are 21 one days out of warranty and Best Buy wont do anything about it. I get that they have a one year warranty, but you would think there might be a grace period. Pretty poor that you spend $250 on a product and only get one year out of it.
