It's a crap shoot.

I can't believe how glitchy the charging case is, I never know if they're going to be charged when I need them. More often than not, after I put them in the charging case, they don't charge, rather drain and when I go to use them again, one of them is dead. I've had both buds and case replaced and the same problem. I do not recommend. Yes, they sound good, but not knowing if I'll be able to use them is maddening.

Too many issues for the price

I had to reset the Bluetooth connection several times as well as the charging cradle. For the price and Apple putting their name in it, way too many issues to recommend. But if you need more evidence, there's several reddit feeds related to this entire debacle of a situation.
