Overrated

However, I was truly disappointed. The sound quality was poor without real noise cancellation. It did not offer Mono capability so they both needed the left and right to work decently.. I would not recommend Beats by Dre to get disappointment.

1 year 8 days old left ear piece failed

Install Beats updater and it can see when the left earpiece is not in the case, but it is useless, no sound, button presses have no effect, etc. I gave up on BeatsX after the second pair (warranty replaced) failed as well. My recommendation, avoid Beats, too expensive to be so unreliable.

Not the same product anymore

Were purchased as a gift so did not use the first 2 weeks. Used for about 20 minutes and the right one stopped working. Had to send them back. Got new ones. Have used them for about 3 hours and again they don’t work. Have to send them back... again. Totally useless earbuds.
