Bad durability

AND the beats music queality isn't the same. All of that from q small drop , it's fine about the case but the beats really .

Bad Buds

I went on line and there was a lot of people that were having the same problem . Strictly the left ear bud. I tried all the suggestions to a certain point and then I quit. I took them back and traded them for a different purchase.

Couldn’t get assistance

I was NOT able to get help answering this question, or possible solution with online chat nor Geek Squad so returned them. ☹️

I really wanted to like these

I was hoping that the bluetooth range had improved but I feel that it's worse! Connectivity is awful also.
