    Waited three weeks to get these from Bestbuy.com, and my phone should recognize them like my airpods did the first time. That didn't happen, bluetooth wont work, and apple support says they are faulty and send them back....

    Had for just over a year. Used mainly for gym but my right ear piece stopped working. Reset everything and even let case and bud die and recharged. Didn’t work
