Last 2 years before you start having problems. Really!

Did not last a year...had constant connection issues and after multiple factory resets, firmware updates, etc., it just wasn't worth using it. Bought a cheaper Galaxy Buds, and although Galaxy Buds sound sound as good as Powerbeats Pro, at least I have no connection issue.

I used to love powerbeats and had used the previous versions for several years. The sound in the previous pairs I owned was one of the best and, at times, was much better than the original apple AirPods. This item had several issues: 1. the cable that goes above the ear is much larger than my previous ones and is not adjustable; 2. the sound is too low no matter how I tried to adjust it in the settings; 3. this headset is not compatible with all the devices I was using my previous set with. I am very upset over this purchase also because it was a Christmas gift to myself, but now I will have to shop around for another pair.

They work great for indoor cycling and sweating!!!

Ok, but earlids are horrible they quite hard on the ears

Very frustrating to use. When they work, they are great, but most of the time you have to fiddle with them for 5 minutes to use them. They both connect, but music only comes out one side. You place back in cradle and then try again only to find that now the other side works and the side that was working doesn't. It's back and forth, in and out of the cradle until finally both will work at same time. Very frustrating and waste of money and hardly use them because of this. iPhone 12 so should work fine. These things are crap.

The sound is not great after couple of uses I stoped and went back to my EarPods

Right side quit making charging connection after about 2 weeks. Returned/swapped first pair for same problem, obvious major design flaw. Returning these for something different tomorrow

First of all the quality of the microphones is most of the time bed, meny peoples says to me that they can't hear me well. Quality of speakers is ok In general the head set is very big. Over all it functionak good and stays on your ears wile running and such.

Works great but not the deep bass I been led to believe.

Beats don't stay in my ears regardless of which tip I use.

My favorites my only complaint is the case is too big to bring it

They stay in your ear which is great. The charging and syncing is the issue. Either doesn’t charge, or connect, or still plays in the case. Had 3 exchanges and all eventually had one of those issues.
