Very disappointed. The left earbuds just stopped working. The right side works fine but this seems to be a trend. I bought a pair and my daughter bought a pair as well. Her left earbud stopped working also.

A well made branded product that is good but not great.

First of all,I returned a bad pair and got stuck with these being this was the only color they had in stock.These are loosing connectivity do not sound nothing like the first pair I had till they stopped working,then the color is horrible.I was going to return these the clerk told me I had 90 days to return them,well low and behold I try to look them up today to return and it said that on the 31rst this was the last day to be able to return them.I would love to simply receive a refund.Thanks in advance.

Right ear bud quit working after 9 months. I would not buy these again. For what you pay for these, a 9 month life is totally not acceptable. Too bad as they were great when they worked.

After a few used the right one would not charge anymore. Since I was past two weeks had to work thru Apple Care. Had complete replacement sent and again same problem after a few uses. So now having to work with Apple Care again.

I love them. They are incredible. I highly recommend .

I bought these replacing my old Earbuds. No matter what source I use my volume doesn't compare to my cordered pair. It has little to no bass. The first time I've been disappointed with this brand.

The headphones are wonderful but the customer service leaves much to be desired. I purchased these as a gift for an out of town person. One of the headphones will not charge and they have not been able to simply exchange them.

The left earphone did not work. Very disappointed as this was a birthday gift for my Grandson. So I gave a defective GIFT .... he had a birthday gift he could not enjoy........and now we wait on a replacement order.

These are pretty bad, the left one stopped working after a couple of months and support from apple directed me back to bestbuy which is not taking in ANY devices because of COVID19 so I'm stuck with a useless product.

Overall good quality; however, thought they would have the 'noise cancellation' feature. They do not. Others that I'm speaking with can still hear background noise - at times it's quite loud. Was hoping for the price they would be a better choice....

Good looking headphones but not to loud. For the price.

The buds will charge either left or right ear only. No consistency in keeping charge. Worst purchase for earbuds ever. Make such to purchase warranty because they will go out.
