At first I liked these headphones because they sound great, are stylish, and are wireless. However, the design of the over the ear strap does not feel comfortable. My ears get pinched and hurt.

like the sound but only had 2 hours playtime on them.

I got these for my daughter and another set for my girlfriend. I will recommend you take Apple care on them because I had to replace one Earbud on my girlfriend and I had to have both replaced on my daughters.

These headphones are absolute trash!!! They dont set well in charging pod and when you go to ise them the next day they arent charged! COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!! BUY SOMETHING ELSE NOT THESE!!!

Trash, easy way to describe these headphones. Brought these on black friday 2021, and the right ear stopped charging on 1/17/2020, now the crap dont work at all. Its just a 200 dollar piece of crap.

The sound quality is good but they quit working within the month. The left ear piece quit charging. I did not get the insurance so, I'm screwed. Maybe 5 stars if they could only lasted a year. Great disappoinment.

These work great and are easy to use with Apple devices, it is a very seamless experience, for the gym after a certain period of time they created pain points around my ear and we're not too comfortable. I am a distance runner and I can see the pain being worse over long periods of time, Best Buy did a price match that was great I got a good value, But we're not as comfortable as I needed them to be for running, also the audio quality was not that great the AirPods have better audio quality. I went with the Bose sport for gym earbuds they are much better, although not as seamless to use with apple devices.

The left headphone went out almost immediately. Get yourself some Bose and save the frustration.

Left earbud dies after about 2 hours of use. I really wanted to like these but am very disappointed. I expected these to last for more than a few months for what I paid for them.

After a year it will not save charge and you will be not able to talk for 5 min , when you call their customer services they will say out of warranty.

Left headphone stopped working after 2 weeks in. Tried to re set it. And do all the tips and tricks online and nothing worked.

Sound was okay. They weren't snug in the ear. Right ear stopped working after a month of light use. Good for phone calls though.

Would have loved to actually receive the product! Package went missing and Best Buy did nothing about it.

The sound is great and fit perfectly in your ear but the problem this has is that it won’t charge correctly after 2 months of purchase, you have to play with it to find a way for it to charge.

What a disappointed experience. It's too heavy, bothering on the ear and inside, the sounds isn't good as the previous special edition (black and red), uncomfortable, charging/casing box is too big, and more....really disappointed!!!!

I bought these headphones in Oct 2019 and the headphone is defective and not working after only using the headphones 8 times. The BB app is saying that I can’t return them. Highly disappointed!

Good to use in GYM, but not for a long time. Because when you are having this on your ear for a long while, you would feel uncomfortable on your ear. it may depend on your ear. But, I recommend AirPods without pro.

I was a little disappointed in the sound to be honest. A lot of people told me to buy this and it wasn’t what I was expecting for the price. Love the style and color but taking them Back and purchasing Bose .... again my opinion
