The sound quality was tinny and very poor. Very disappointed. Returned the item and bought AirPods, which are much better.

After less than a year the pods not want to charge anymore. No warranty of course!!!!

its lacking of bass 30 dollar airbud has a better sound quality that this one so disappointed! worst purchased i ever did,and 30mins of using your ear start to hurt it feels like a something biting on your earnlobe the whole time!

Nothing but issues with charging the left bud- been to the repair shop and still nothing.

My Powerbeats pro i bought is already not working. Left side, it’s gets hot when wearing and not working . Is there a warranty fo this since it’s i think a manufacturing defects? Very disappointed..

when they work, they're great. however, typically, only comes out of one the buds.definitely wouldn't buy again

These are not the best beats. They’re too big for my ears. They don’t stay put no matter which caps i used. The audio is okay. This is my second pair, i thought they’d get better but …. Nope.

I find my powerbeats 3 to be more reliable with both sound and bluetooth connectivity. Choppy sound only 15ft from my phone.

Yup like everyone says one bud always drops. You have to put them both back in the case and afterwards it usually pairs both. It's a pain when you're in a hurry. Also not very loud and for the price it should be louder.

I loved the sound of these.... The first few days. It started out slow but since then one will randomly cut off (and it’s charged). The sound quality isn’t as loud as it was at first. My 30 days has expired when I realized that for the money these weren’t it. Love and learn. I’d sell them on another site but that feels shady and I’d rather keep my positive sellers name.

Worst headphones ever. Spent more time being sent away to Apple Care for "fixing" or "replacements" in less than a year. They were in the shop more than they were in our possession. Not worth it.

Not happy with my purchase they stop working within the first week of purchase.

I like the fact they don’t fall out of my ear. Problem is they hurt my ears after 45mins. The sound is okay. Maybe the longer I wear them maybe it will get easier.

great sound ,but please don't buy it case is so bad designed and so bulky,,what happened slip out of my pocket when it hit the floor both headset pop out and because is a magnetic case close inmediatly ,never saw headset flew far away,realize an hour later what happened and went back they were gone ,contact apple and they want to charge me $205 to replace it ,I'm saving the case because I see in the future a class action lawsuit because of this pitiful design and I 'll be the first one signing

The right earbud is awesome. The left one doesn’t charge and Best Buy only covers this product for 15 days.

will not pair with a google pixel phone. Only for Apple products.

Purchased set of Power Beats - wireless earbuds, one month use and the Right earbud loses charge after 1 hr. The left side keeps going....very annoying will return them soon

I really love the features in this earbuds, but I do have problems when I press the button to start the music back on, I have to manually get in my phone to press play. Sometimes that features works and sometimes it doesn’t.

They do not work with the latest Apple iOS 15.2. They connect for about 1 second then it disconnects once you play sound or music and then connects. You never hear more than one word.
