sounds stinks, won't stay in ears no matter what rubber piece is used, have to down load an app to sync. Worst purchase in a long time.

Only four months and one of them is already sounding super low

Wasn't impressed with this product. Volume wasn't loud enough at max, fit was uncomfortable because hooks over the ear felt loose and product didn't stay in place.

Worked great out of the box. Day 9, already breaking down. The left ear piece has developed a high pitch hissing or buzzing noise. And back to BestBuy we go to exchange. 16 year old daughter crushed.

It hurts the ears after 5 minutes...............................

Better than what I had but not the tonal quality I was expecting from a product so highly endorsed by sports stars, celebrities etc. Charging station has issues which I found out via a google search is common.

The Audio is not very good, no noise canceling. I put on my broken Beats Studios to cancel out the Noise. I had better experience with the Samsung Wireless Buds. Plus these hurt my ears. I don't recomend.

Don’t buy .. no help with warranty coverage.. no answers on when I might receive a replacement big waste of money .. no I’m stuck with headphones that no longer work

The work very well and I love how they rest over the ear, BUT 5 months later and the left headphone no longer has any type of function. Only the right side works now

Always a crapshoot if one of the ear buds will work. You have make sure the bud is perfectly in the holder. The holder is too big and it easily slips out of your hand because of the material it is made of.

These ear buds did not work great with my iPhone XS Max. The sound is great,but when receiving incoming calls you can not hear them ring the ring is very low to none at times.

I bought these headphones on Christmas Eve and my wife only had it for a week the right earphone stopped working. Thankfully Best Buy exchanged it for me.

More difficult to use. This was my fourth beats purchase so i didn't think I wouldn't like it. These may look easy but they dont connect well to devices

The sound is tinny. People can’t hear me well if I use them to talk on the phone. I bought them mostly to stay on my ears. Two stars because they do that!

I thought this product was as the best so I decided to buy one but now I am having trouble with one charging and the other not I wud think that because of the case both would charge at the same time I am disappointed

These totally suck. I returned/exchanged the first pair I purchased within a few days because they kept dropping their connection. I thought perhaps they were just a fluke bad pair. The 2nd pair I got worked well until a few days after they were no longer returnable. Less than 2 months old and they won't charge and they drop sound while remaining connected. Completely inexcusable for a supposed premium product at a premium price. DO NOT BUY. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

Sound quality is fine but they were so uncomfortable. No matter how I maneuvered them in my ears they were incredible painful. Had a friend try and it hurt their ears as well. I returned.

They sucked it's not loud at all my. Samsung head phones sound better then these.

Buyer beware, I have had 2 pair of these and have been disappointed with both of them. I have had issues with regarding charging and pairing. I have looked online and there are many people with the same issue, so I do not know how these are rated so highly. I purchased apple care on both items and took the first pair in, and was told there was nothing that they could find wrong. Now, keep in mind, because it is an apple product, they have to ship it off so they don't fix it instore. This is not a knock on Bestbuy, as I have had very good experience with them over the years. I insisted that there was an issue, so they let me exchange them for a new pair. After some time, I had the exact same issues. This is just a bad design, with extremely small charging points and inconsistent pairing issues. If these are one mm to either side when in their charging case, you will not get a charge on these and be disappointed when you go to workout. I have fiddled with these things as much as I possibly could and just can not get consistent results with these. It is too bad, because they do have a good sound, and stay in the ear during workouts but the charging and connectivity issues that happen on a daily basis are just too much to overcome.
