Left bud didn’t work, only have 15 days to return, the apple care just means you have to mail them back. Junk and terrible customer service

Have great sound however for the price tag the pros are definitely more worth it swing they actually offer noise cancellation and transparent audio

I am have had these Powerbeats for three months and intermittent problems with one of the earbuds not working properly and conncection of the earbuds to the phone. Since the Powerbeats were under warranty I brought them back to Best Buy who told me they they could not help me and that I need to contact Apple. Apple's service has been very disappointing in addressing my issue. I am regretting having spend the money on these earphones.

Absolutely awful product. They don’t fit in the case properly - as such, they don’t charge on the go like they should. Worst 300 dollars I ever spent.

The sound was fine, but these buds hurt my ears. I used the smallest fittings, but these pressed against my ear canal in a painful manner...I have not had this issue with other earbuds.

I have a habit of losing ear buds and ended up owning a half dozen $20 pair that I bought at the gym. These Powerbeats are not much better when it comes to sound quality compared to the throwaways at the gym. I like the tech... chargable box, auto turn-on etc. However, they really aren't a good sound. I read the reviews about losing bluetooth connection and cracking, I've experienced both. Probably going to return and get the JBLs for a hundred bucks less. Anyhoo, if you're into cool looking accessories then these ear buds are for you. If you're into quality audio then these aren't for you.

Please do yourself a favor: if you are going to spend $250+ on a pair of ear buds, go with another brand like sennheiser and master dynamics. These are poor sounding and only worth maybe 150$(at most).

Consistent problems with pairing. Difficult to use for phone conversations as the beats will unpair randomly. Waste of money, even on sale.

I was not impressed with the sound quality, as they let in too much outside noise when walking around. Gave them to my daughter and she loves them.

Like the product. It is my second pair. First pair wore out in just over two years. The poor review is related to the very poor curb side pick up. I arrived at the Pleasant Hill, CA location at around 10:15 am (just after the store opened for the day). The signed into my account and told them I had arrived. I gave them a description of my vehicle (Black Rousch F-250 pick up). Got notification on my phone that someone would be out with my order in 5-10 minutes. 15 minutes went by and no one came to my truck. I let another 20 minutes go by and still no one coming to my truck. A total of 40 minutes went by before I headed into the store. I see a employee near the front door directing the curb side pick up. I ask him what is up with my order. He asks me what am I driving. I tell him Black Rousch F-250. He looks up at two monitors and says they don’t have me in the system. Instead of taking a look at my phone he condescendingly asks if I have the right store. I responded with a resounding yes. Then he directs me to the line for inside pick up, which means another 10 minutes. I get to the front of the line and the person tells me that can’t help me because I chose curbside, but a female employee said she would get someone doing the curbside pickup on it immediately. She was professional and got the concept of service. 10 minutes later I finally get my order. On my way out the door I told the guy that did not help me “I am sure glad I got the right Pleasant Hill, CA Best Buy location. This guy should have immediately looked at my phone and got me my order instead of wasting another 30 minutes of my time. It took over an hour to get a small order and not one apology from the guy at the door. So much for service?
