Sound was great for music, but when talking on the phone with my girl she could not hear me good. She said i sound muffled

Kept having issues adjusting these to fit comfortably in my ear and not jeopardize sound quality. It could just be my ears are shaped weird but this is not for me.

Works great however the ear loop hurts after a while especially if you wear glasses. and switching from first gen airpods to this also hurts my ear canal + hard to stay in

Not even one year..water damaged because of sweat. I had to pay $30+tax...even tho i had a warranty

The units are hard to charge and very hard to turn on. They are very comfortable if I could just learn more on the controls

I got for working out but they don't fit comfortably at all.

I think something wrong with them cuz they don’t stay charge I need to find a place to take them to so they can get looked at

Bought these for my workouts since they have around the ear hooks - sound seems to be ok but one side seems louder then the other, not sure if this is by design?

Very disappointing to have one earphone stop working without any apparent reason. Can not even return it as the window closed up.

The earbuds sound good, dont get me wrong but the connevtivity issues I experience with this as android user were extremely annoy. I would get a different earbuds instead. Apple users for have blast with this. A disclaimer for android users should be place in the box tbh.

Trouble w/ the left ear connecting and charging correctly. This is the second pair that has had this issue.. will not buy again, until an updated version is put out.

I don't recommend i bought yesterday but already have pain in my ears and it is very hard pair,i will try sonny earbuds

I bought this for my boyfriend and he always complains about one side dying faster than the other side and sometimes one side doesn’t connect. I bought this less than 6 months ago.. My AirPod pro, one side would be 30-40% and the other side would be dead. It’s soOo annoying!! Apple products are soOo over priced. I feel like I’m paying for the packaging rather than the product itself.

Not a good choice faulty and not loud. I had to increase the phone sound to get the earphones louder.

I don't know if it's the app, the earphones, or both. These things are great, but the connectivity, and charging issues are so frustrating. There are times where my case will be closed, but the earphones will remain connected, and eventually die while in the case. There are times where only one earphone will charge. If I knew about this, I would've avoided buying them.

I was excited to own a pair of Beats and when my wife bought this as an early anniversary present i was stoked. I own Samsung but since this is marketed as a product that can be paired with any device i thought nothing of the fact that Apple bought Beats several years ago. Over the next week it wouldn't stay synced, kept disconnecting in the middle of me on the phone or listening to music while doing yard work. If i made phone calls while wearing the Beats it would disconnect and I would have to use my phone, which is not convenient when you're using both hands to clean. At one point it required a firmware update but since I didn't own an Apple product I needed to plug it directly into a laptop, which i don't always have readily available. I called customer support and i learned that Beats is designed to work optimally with Apple products but can technically work with other devices. They also suggested I go to a public computer at the local library to install the firmware update. Fortunately I was able to return it and buy something useful.

At first i was in love. Then i realized that after about 20 mins of wearing them the ear grips had to be so tight that they would hurt my ears. If i loosened them they would not sit in my ear correct and sound terrible. So it was either bad quality or go through the pain. Not worth it. Got the bose version, 10 billion times better. No pain, noise canceling at all times, and sound is top notch. If you want more apple trash, get these, if you want to be trending, get air pods, if you want real wireless high quality, get bose

They have really bad connection issues! Sometimes it takes me like 10 minutes just to get the pair up with my phone!!!

They were so big that they hurt my ears as soon as i put them on.

They’re ok but not like Bose. The sound doesn’t have enough punch, however the ear straps and ease of use with apple make these a great choice for active people.
