Horrible product. Does not stay charged longer than a day even if you only listened to them for 1 hour and set them down. Case is too big and constant connectivity issues. Customer service sent replacement saying that should not have happened and still occurs. Defective by design.

Pricey and don’t fit comfortably over women’s ears bought for an Xmas present and she wasn’t happy with them :(

Bought these a week ago and they are trash. Not worth it will be returning. Quality is not worth it, apples wired earphones that cost $20 sound better

its easy to pair, buts its really low audio for beats and the price was not worth it

The rubber that goes around the ears would make my skin peal.

I don't share the experience of those who love these. I find them uncomfortable, awkward, over-priced, with not-so-good sound quality. I like the idea of long-lasting, stable, fitness focused earbuds; but these are not them. I think there are far better choices. I found the bluetooth intermittent at best. I tried two different pairs, same results. Meh.

Right earbud won’t hold a charge anymore, and no Apple support.

It really hurt my ears and had to return them. I don't think I could recommend these.

I have had these headphones for barely over a year (Missed the manufactures warranty by 30ish days), and the right bud stopped charging. I have reset these things, re-connected and connected to different devices, and tried different power cords. I contacted Apple support and they won't even let me ship them to them to inspect them. I live about 2.5 hours away from the closest Apple store, and their only option for me was to take them there for a technician to inspect. The fact they won't even let me print out a shipping label is a bit ridiculous for $200 dollar headphones that broke in a year. My other option was $105 to replace the headphones, which if it's the case that's not charging them, won't even fix the problem. The headphones were great when they worked. Do some research and look online for the multiple reviews of them going downhill after 6 months. These were my favorite headphones out of all the headphones I've ever owned. I've had $30 soundpeats for 3 years that are "True Wireless" that have never had a problem. It's a shame really, cause Apple knows how to build better products than this.

Muffles out outside noise but does not stay in my ears. Buttons are hard to push for call disconnect.

It sounds great for three days Then I noticed the charging case was getting warm mainly The left ear and it stopped working

I bought this on December 2019. March 2020 battery don’t last. All day charging and it last no more than 3 hours

My only complaint is that they don’t hold a charge for very long.

Have have them repaired by Apple 4 times, for them back a few weeks ago, and still don’t work!!! Waste of money!!!

I don’t review much and I am an Apple user. These do NOT pack much bass or go to much volume at all. I thought I upgraded but these have a low volume cap unless at the highest volume. The highest volume still doesn’t give much bass but gives highs which are to much. Go elsewhere if you want true accuracies.

Wife loved them, but, sadly, 9 months after purchasing them, we need to take them to geek squad because the right piece no longer works.

Terrible overall experience, with most problems happening outside of the 2 year AppleCare window.

A bit disappointing on overall sound. They are decent for working out and walking but not great quality sound when just trying to enjoy music.

When I started using sometimes sounds stops connecting problems. I don’t know how to solve this problem.
