I enjoy that it is cordless and easy to play music and pause. The negatives is that the Bluetooth connection is not always successful.

Defective batch or bad design? First pair was bad, second pair was worse. The first pair I brought back because they wouldn't stay connected to my phone even after the update of firmware. I was able to exchange them in hopes it wasn't part of a bad batch, but after just a week the left bud started to disconnect again just minutes after charging and show 0% on the beats app. Problem became worse over time and should've brought them back asap but I thought maybe if I kept reset the connection I'd be able to handle it but it just became worse and always disconnected when in the middle of a phone call. Since I let it go past the 15 days I no longer could bring an obviously defective product and now am having to deal with apple. Horrible

Not good at all for the price you paid for not recommended

These are not worth $250. They're selling the name. Terrible sound. The buds are big--they hurt my ear. Returned.

After one Month of purchase Had to send them back for a fix on one earphone apple did the repair and now they are workin ok

Now having to have these looked at again because they show full charge but sound will only come through one ear.

I wanted these to work but had issues with them dropping calls and dropping connection to my music.

when I pass %50 it became distortion not worth the price tag ive uesd IEMS but these sound worst then $5 headphones

After four months the left ear piece no longer works - in viewing the apple page, this is apparently a common issue. My pair is going back.

The $50 jlabs blow these out of the water. Super disappointed in these.

One headphone is not working need to return. This has been my second pair of headphones this has happened to.

I should have never bought them. Worked great for about 45 days. Then one would connect or charge intermittently. After about 60 days won’t connect at all, either side. Just bought some Bose and they work flawlessly. The Beats will be getting sold as soon as they get fixed under warranty.

Randomly stopped working within a month of purchase

Left ear failed to stay paired. Initially it worked but after about 15 minutes the left ear would drop off. I returned them.

Disappointed,not working well,went to the store they can’t help me,they throw me to the apple store and nothing happen

Left earbud stopped working 3 weeks after purchase. Sending back for a manufacturer’s warranty claim.

Not designed for above average runners, they slip forward and eventually fall off the ear

I have had to replace my headphones 3 times. I’ve had caller issues and the price is quite steep.

When these keep a charge and work they connect and sound great. I had four incidents reported to Apple about one earphone not connecting correctly and discharging. On all occasions Apple support sent back with no problem found. I would not recommend these to anyone due to the charging case design.
