Not working..I don't think I receive a good item this headphones are faulty

They suck....they don't hold a charge and i got them for my husband and he hates them....how can i return them!!??!!

After three weeks the left headphone stop working and makes a weird sound.

Only worked a few months but sounded great when they worked. Apparently there is known issue with them not charging after a while (google it). Wish I would've known before hand because now I'm getting the run around to get them repaired. Yes, I have tried some of the online fixes. These are dead.

The bass is not as loud as the original beats, and its not loud enough.

Had less than 3 months, one of the buds will not charge anymore.

Poor customer service. Stay away. Better earphones out there anyways.

My opinion it's a decent pair of wireless ear phones. But it lacks that good seal I was looking for that delivers that good bass

One side stop working and charging after two months..Don’t know the procedures to get it fixed. Lost my receipt

This was bought as a gift for my daughters birthday this month. I cannot give you a solid rating since i won’t be using them .

Hard to put on, hurt my ears. I tried for 2 weeks now and they just hurt .

I love these, these are my 3rd buy from Best-buy the previous ones lost 1 by 1 lol, but great sound quality, sits on my ear perfect, battery lost long (I use 1 buds at a time to get a long listening and talk time instead of the 2 in my ears) I connect both my iphone to this and it switches connection effectively playing music, video or getting phone calls. I choose to buy certain electronics at BEST-BUY because or quality and they are original.

I can easily say, this was one of the worst tech purchases I have ever made. They are extremely unreliable. People say that they open the case and they headphones are dead and it does happen. I haven't been able to use them in months because every time I pick them up the right one isn't charged. I make sure to attempt to set it in there correctly, even watched YouTube videos on how to do it properly. This issue started after the return window closed, but if I knew what I know now I never would have purchased these. I will say, when they work, they are great for working out. But the issue is I can only use them for workouts 1 in every 5 times I reach for them. For headphones in this price range, that is unacceptable.

Color faded very fast….. calls dropped connection was horrible

You can hear your music excellent nevertheless these headphones really hurt your ears I thought I can get past the pain but after two weeks I had to return them. All of my callers stated, That I sounded muffled so for me it wasn’t worth the price so I Went back to my AirPods.

Does not work sometimes even when fully charged. I don't use them at all.

They get uncomfortable in the lobes after half hour, my earlobes are sore after each use. I prefer the beats earmuffs

Keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth on cell phone I hace to add it as a new device. Not liking this at all

They were good for a week and left ear went out. I tried to return and it was too late. I have had a good two weeks of use.
