If I could give these less than 1 star I would. These are the absolute worst wireless headphones I have tried. They will not stay connected to my phone. I get about 30 minutes of listening, then the sound cuts out. They say they are still connected to my phone, but no sound. I have to disconnect them and reconnect every time. Charging the headphones is also extremely bad. I have to actually mess with them in the case to get them to even charge. As far as I am concerned, these headphones are garbage. I would firmly recommend either the airpod pro headphones or the sennheiser momentum true wireless headphones. Don't waste your money on sub par headphones. For the price, the quality just isnt there.

These earbuds are garbage. I was upgrading from my Plantronics Backbeat fits which were amazing and sounded great, but they were deteriorating after many years of exercise use. These Powerbeats were an extreme downgrade in sound quality AND comfort as compared to the old Plantronics. The sound was tinny and thin in the midrange...Mostly indistinguishable from the intended mix of music. Nearly no bass at all. Just TERRIBLE SOUND. I tried ALL of the different sizes of ear tips. I tried changing the angle in the ear. Nothing helped. Beats has done it again. They might be the worst headphone company in the game. Buy something else if you like music and comfort.

These are not loud earbuds… and the base is terrible. I tried the different tips in hopes of gaining better sound quality, but only minimal gain. Do not waste your money if your seeking something with a kick that needs to be turned down.

Glitchy crap. They fit well, and worked for months, but now that I can't return them the right side won't play. They don't get loud enough (when they were working). AVOID.

I've had issues with the right earbud connecting to my iPhone since day 1. It would take me several minutes to put both earbuds back into the case and reset the bluetooth connection before every use. I've also had issues with the right earbud sometimes not charging along with the left. I thought I could suck it up and keep using these defective earbuds, but after another attempt to reset the Powerbeats, it no longer even connects to my iPhone. IF my iPhone can even find it, I am prompted to hold the sync button for 5 seconds, but nothing happens afterwards. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase, as I have bought multiple pairs of Powerbeats in the past.

These are good comfort headphones, but not even within a month, I had issues. The sound was very low with the volume being halfway. I do have an appt at the apple store tomorrow, im hoping they resolve this issue or I’ll get a refund.

When I had bought them I was super pumped to use them… However, the actually your buds press too hard inside of your ear and made it uncomfortable for me... because of that I was not satisfied and returned it back to Best Buy.

Terrible Charging Case - Not Worth The Money

I left my initial review on the wrong color, but I will share the same issues here. The charging case design is incredibly poor. After a month of use, the slightest movement would dislodge the headphone within the case from the charging port, so every time you go to work out one of your headphones will be at 0% battery. It's really great for those that have an extra 10-15 min to wait for the headphone to re-charge before a workout or those that like to hear music in one ear only.
