Had to upgrade to these since my dog chewed up my pro beats 2 wireless with wires connecting. These don’t block out background noise like my other ones , not really impressed with these.

Disappointed!!!!!!! They cut in and out and were difficult to connect to blue tooth on android and iphone! they fit well and the ANC is nice

Had these for almost a year and last week one stopped working, and the other is starting to go out. Going to try and return them for a new pair, hopping it's just a fluke

These headphones really hurt my ear if you are looking for good wireless headphones I think AirPods are the way to go

Very disappointed with sound. Also felt like I had to reset every other day, shouldn’t have been issues since it was connect with iPhone.

Decent when they work, but they don’t work for long. This was my second pair to give them another chance after I got them a few years ago. Just bought them in late June and now at the end of august the left one does not work and the right one has static. Didn’t drop them or anything, just one day stopped working. Reset them, disconnected, restarted phone, nothing fixed them. Disappointed that they are putting out such low quality products now. P.S. the first pair broke pretty quickly as well.

DO NOT BUY. These have so many issues with charging. Just google “power beat pro left earbud not working.” I wish I had. Too late return but I’m going to try to get a warranty replacement. If I pay this much for headphones I expect to be able to use them. Always put them right back to charge after using but this means nothing. About 25% of the time when I put them on fresh off the charger one is dead. And FYI you can’t “turn off” the headphones to save power. Bad design. Extremely dissatisfied.

Mine didn't hold charge good. They were also uncontrollable to the upper part of my ear as well as well as to the enter part of my ear. That was despite enter exchangeable buds

They started off nice. Bought in january and now the right side won't play music or even up. Kept pristine and never dropped or anything.

Item is perfect but it had a deal if you buy the headphones you get 4 months Apple Music free and Best Buy didn’t want to give me the 4 months and the manger was very rude.

They were decent while they lasted. Bought them last spring (about 15-18 months ago). They no longer keep a charge.

One of the ear bud does not pair . I have to struggle to get both ear buds to be paired to my phone. Not a right choice.

Okay I guess. Caught them on sale. Not satisfied with quality (shallow overall). No heavy bass. Shrill trebles. Mid-tones are lost. Uncomfortable also. Returned.

My other wireless non name brand headphones were better. When i work out it stops playing automatically even when its fully charged....waste of money.

Returned. The fit was below average. Noise cancellation was abysmal. My line of work is a bit noisy. And I could hardly here what was playing through the earphones

They are constantly disconnecting. I have updated firm ware. Unpaired and repaired. They show they are connected yet no audio comes through. I have to turn my bluetooth on and off constantly to get them to reconnect. This is with my phone in my pocket. If I bend down, it seems to disconnect them too. I wish i never bought these. They also stay connected even when not in my ears, though they SHOULD pause the audio when not in ear. Awful product.

Sound quality is something you have to tinker with in the settings on your phone if it’s not already on base. The case is way too big to be convenient. They don’t tell you in the YouTube reviews that the wrap around part means that if you wear glasses then it’s not the best fit. The controls aren’t that amazing either. Either get the over ear noise canceling beats or the air pod pros. This in between stuff is a waste of money. I dumped them on my sister

These are crap and a waste of money. They do not retain a connection, ever. Don't waste your money, buy anything else.

Sound, fit and quality are missing from these Beats. I went with the Samsung Galaxy Earbuds and I am very happy, particularly compared to these Beats.

Very uncomfortable,the connection is a bit sometimes too. I don’t believe I will ever purchase any again
