These made my work life so much easier. Texting, Siri. , ease of using with multiple devices, locating individual ones when you loose one. I even washed them in the washer (multiple times) but they always came out fresh and worked great. I had mine over two years and they took a strait beating until someone stole my purse and managed to get away with the charging case and only one left side. My hands are always busy at work, plus I am in the gym often, they don’t fall out. Driving in the convertible down the highway sound is still great for all parties.

Not good signal to use with my iPhone, right side never worked really good now it won’t charge at all

Had to return these because the left side would not charge properly. Second pair of Beats to do this. When they did charge, they worked great.

I bought these headphones about 6 months ago and they are already broken. I wear them maybe 2 hours a day for 5 days a week to work out. They have not been dropped or miss treated at all. They connect to my device but make some buzzing sound while not playing any audio. I went to submit something to Beats/Apple and they wanted $99 for “repair”.

Battery dies fairly quickly and charging takes a while. Lucky for Bestbuy they only give you 2 weeks to make a return or I'd take them back.

I had high hopes for these but unfortunately they were uncomfortable in my ear and the sound was not what I expected from beats I returned this item

They don’t connect to phone can’t connect at same time . Annoying . Want refund.

Wont stay connected. People can’t hear me and I can’t hear. They disconnect while connected during a call

Garbage do not buy, one or both are always dead. Can not tell if they are both actually chargung and if case moves at all they turn on and go dead in case, so EVERY TIME i try to use them one or both are dead. Complete waste of money. And at the time of purchase at the location i purchased them they said they were no longer offering the best buy warranty on headphones. So i am stuck with the garbage product.

They look cool but the sound is super low like you could still hear you’re self singing along so sounds kinda sucks in my opinion

These are absolutely awful. I got them on sale for $150 had them for a week and they are going back for sure. I don't know why people that paid $250 for these love them, they must be in denial. Constant connection issues, has sound leak, sound is weak and lacks depth. They also become uncomfortable after 20 min. I can't imagine working out with these. The lastest v3... Firmware made them even worse. Second time beats disappointed me.

I bought these beats 2 years ago on Black Friday. The sound quality is great. The controls are easy to manipulate when they are on your ears. They were easy to pair with my android phone. I've taken excellent care of them over these 2 years. I've used them at the gym, road trips, on flights.. everywhere. For the price, they absolutely delivered. These earbuds are 5 stars in terms of bang for the buck. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the sound in the left earbud has dwindled down to a loud whisper. I haven't damaged or dropped it. Probably just from a lot of use. But, when i have both earbuds in, the right earbud is noticeably louder and it throws off the experience. This started happening about a year and a half into ownership. Solid earbuds for the price, but don't be surprised if one or both earbuds give up on life after an extended period of use.

Wanted ear buds without cords. These are easy to use and come with different size ear buds. The worst part is that depending on color you are charged a different price. For instance, these were $50 cheaper then the blue ones I wanted. I think that's pretty shaded from either Best Buy or the manufacturer....that is why the 1 for rating

A couple of weeks after using it one of the headphones started to not work properly and it has been giving me a really hard time

Great sound-except the right ear. Had them for 3 months. The right connects most times. But 1 out of 6 I got nothing.

Not as loud as I thought it would be for beats. Keeps cutting off or only one ear will play.

Purchased these with such high hopes and very acclaimed reviews. Had it for less than 2 weeks and the left earpiece glitched twice and I had to reset the headphones. Also, the left earpiece constantly drained on battery and would not fully charge. Also i kept the headphones outside of the case on a counter unused and still the battery was drained. Highly disappointing.

NAH I wasn't impressed at all I actually return this item and got me the apple air pods. ( noise reduction was all that)

Great earphones but the speaker didn’t work and Apple wouldn’t directly handle the issue because they are made by a third party.
