I purchased these less then a month ago.. the earbud on my left ear is already messing up .. it won’t work half the tome

Did not care for it. Bad fitting and the wireless was dropping all the time. Maybe it's me but could work for someone else.

I have now bought 2 pairs and each have problems charging and staying charged in the case. I hoped second pair wouldn’t have same issue as first pair. Sent back to Apple on multiple occasions and the design of the charging case with connection to phone is very problematic leading to 0% charge after sitting in case and plugged in. Do not recommend for this reason alone.

Nothing but problems charging and disconnecting or just randomly turning off. At least twice a week, one of the ear buds will just refuse to charge even when it’s seated on the charging pins. Sometimes it will be fully charged at night when I go to bed, then I wake up and they are totally dead.

Horrible ear buds. For the price you think it would be alot nicer.

So bulky. Why would i want these when I can have the AirPods pros? Doesn't sound as good as the AirPod pros either.

3/5 due to all of the recurring connection and charging issues with these earphones. I've had these for almost a year and use them ~8+ hours, 5 days/week Overall the positives are that they sound good enough for being my workout and running earphones, they're completely wireless, have good battery life, and don't fall out of your ears, and they charge pretty quickly. As far as I'm concerned they're the best as far as design when they're working properly. The negatives are all around connectivity and charging for me. The earphones charge in their case via a small magnet on each earphone and a matching one in the case. The case has one light that lights up red when the headphones are being charged. The issue is if the earphones aren't placed perfectly in the case, they don't charge. Since there is only one light if one is charging and the other isn't there's no way of telling that until you turn them on and only one has playback. With that said they do charge quickly, it's just not ideal if they shut off 30 seconds into a run. The second downside is the connectivity issues. For no apparent reason these randomly have errors where one earphone is connected and the other isn't. The only way to fix this is to put both in the case and reset them. Some times the rest works, some times it takes a couple of tries. Again, not a huge deal but it's frustrating when it happens for no reason and in situations where you can't easily reset them.

The sound is real flat. No bass at all. Don't waste your money. Wish you could try them before you buy.

After only 28 days of used one stop working,not sure if I can get a replacement or refund but I'm going to try

Good while it lasted....for a whole 3 days. The left bud stopped working. Unknown why

They worked great when i first got them but after a month or 2 one of them stopped charging. You need to play with it so it can charge. Last thing you want is having one of them fully discharge when ur ready to work out. I do not recommend this craps.

been having alot of problems getting both to pair lately

These are Garbage!!! Got them last Christmas - They literally worked for less than 12 months - even took them to apple for repair after 3 months of owning them. Find another pair - or pay for the extra warranty - otherwise, DO NOT BUY THESE. AirPods are better - but they don’t stay in the ear while working out - so beware.

They're ok. I have cheaper ones that sound better. I expected a lot better sound for the money I paid.

Alot of money for a not so good product. I love my headphones much better. Not very good sound for that price

They are perfect they look good and sounds great. The battery is good as well.

Keep disconnecting from my cell phone during calls while talking

Doesn't fit on ear correctly.. awkward Returned and bought JBL..still fit funny tho so maybe just style
