Lots of money, lots of problems

It was hit or miss for a while, now today, the RIGHT one is dead. Funny how my cheapos always work. Returning them today and NOT getting another pair. Besides, the sound was so so. Maybe akin to a 40 pair. Certainly not worth what I paid.

Using Apple charging cable incompatible with USB C

She has to carry an incompatible Apple cable in additional to standard USB C cable. This is the reason I never use any Apple products.

Connectivity issues from day one. Every single person I spoke to on the phone using these said they couldn’t hear me or I sounded muffled, no matter what I tried. I went back to my original AirPods out of frustration with these. Do not buy!

Not good for hands free calls

Poor call quality, Mic for hands free calls were poor compared to other head phones. One side kept shutting off despite being 100% charged. The buttons on the side didn’t work. This could have been a defective product.

Totally worth the money

Was so grateful for a new pair, she loves the dainty pink ‘b’ that is surrounded by the rich navy. Sound quality is spectacular and it stays in her ears.

Not a fan of Apple, and these proved why

Bought them for a flight from El Paso to Savannah, and by Houston I was ready to throw them out. The hooks hurt, a lot. And judging by how much these have dropped pricewise, I can see why. Went with JBL UA Rock edition, and far better comfort.
