Garbage devices. Right earbud never charges correctly and is almost always at 0% each time I use them. BestBuy's 15- day return policy is a joke. I may as well have held a match to the money I spent on them

I have purchased a few of these and this is the first one that gives me issues. One side (left) does not work correctly. You can barely hear off of this side.

The product is great, but darn if I’ve only bought one thing from Best Buy online and they’ve hijacked my email! I get 10-15 emails weekly! Worst part about it? They’re all ads for more headphones!!! So silly!

Don’t waste your money on these. The charging egg thing is awful. Many workouts ruined wasting time trying to get these things charged. Terrible design. Great when they work. But that’s rare

I’ve had them one month and now the left ear bud no longer charges. Can’t get any help from Nest But or Apple Care. From what I’ve found online, this seems to be a common issue. I will stick with my Bose from now on

I purchased these earphones but had to return them because the sound quality was not great and they were difficult to put on.

Was really excited to use these for the gym. Fit and sweat resistance were main concerns, and they fit better than any headphones I've owned, and didn't cut out due to sweat. Issue is the right ear piece would repeatedly disconnect, despite full battery. No way to turn it on, unless I put them back in the case and repaired them. Would work great for 15-20 minutes, then right ear would turn off again. After this happening a half dozen times in a 2 hour workout, I gave up. To be honest, the sound quality isn't even all that great. Decent, but nothing spectacular, and volume doesn't get loud enough. Ended up With JBL for a third of the price, that don't fit as well, but get louder and so far haven't disconnected. Really wish these would've worked out, as I love the fit, but when one quits halfway through a run, it's certainly not worth the overinflated price.

Very disappointed. Nice fit, but the sound is a complete disaster. Couldn’t believe my ears. No bass at all. Maybe I am too spoiled by my Bose products. Returned the earphones after a couple of hours.

They stay on your ears ok. The sound quality is terrible. It sounds like music played on a low grade PA system at a dumpy department store like Shopko. Zero bass. Tiny. Faint. Not very happy at all.

I going to try and return - this is the second set with the same problem. Left ear works for a while but then will not charge.

I upgraded to these Beats Pro and am very pleased with them. Not having a wire across my neck makes walking and hiking so much more comfortable. Sound quality is great and pairing with my iPhone was a breeze.

Had these less than 6 months and the left earbud doesn't work. It won't charge. So I don't know if it's a problem with the earbud or charging station. Would not recommend.

The case charger port no longer fits the given charger!!!i have no clue why! So I cannot charge my beats.. and now they wont sync. Ive had them since new years

Bought these back in 2020 and have not looked back at all. These things were thrown into the deep end with me working in 95+ degree heat/steam and sweat for 8 hours a day and did not struggle at all. Finally 4 years later I am starting to have issues with the batteries/charging where each individual headphone is not lasting longer than 4-5 hours but after how much Ive used these its understandable. Only Complaint is when I tried to contact Apple about replacing the batteries they gave me "Pricing options" which ended up being the same cost as a brand new pair lol.

Wow! I really can’t believe that they sell these things. The sound quality is awful and they are the most uncomfortable headphones I’ve ever tried. Returned them right away

These Powerbeats could have been so good. Physically they were great. They worked great. But they sounded like cheap junk. Mine went back to the store as soon as I had my first listen.

Would definitely recommend. The base is good. It lasts good amount of hours. I got these for my man he works in construction and they last him all day. Easy to connect durable. Dont slip off. Great purchase

Poor quality these were a birthday present so we got them a bit early and they stayed in the box by the time they were given I got online and Best Buy says no longer returnable

These Little Things are GREAT! They Actualy Sound Much Better than My AIR PODS. Great Fit and Very Comfortable. Got them for a Great Price. Enjoy the BEATS.

I purchased this headphones but I was disappointed because the battery only lasted about two. The older ones I had lasted longer without having to be charged so often.
