Best sounding earbuds and are a good fit for small ears :)

After 16 days they shot down and Best Buy warranty is just for 15 days... So, you only clean your hands and gave me a phone number of Apple Store

Bought for daughter. She sounded like she was in a tunnel when I talked to her. Poor reception and quality. Returned and got another pair and they have been great

Less then a year of actually use (only really started using during pandemic) the left side has completely shut down on me. Will be switching to Jabra and buying direct

There headphones were great until I started breaking out from them. I had to call in a incident report with Apple and getting a different brand of headphones.

I use these for work calls AND workouts - they are super comfortable and I often forget they're even in my ears. I have small ears so I appreciate the different size bud covers to get me the perfect fit.

Unfortunately these pair stop working within a year and I didn't have apple care, which was a mistake on my end.

Second set and broke again. Less than 1 year old and one ear stopped working. Apple won’t cover. Last set lasted about 18 months same issue.

Left side didn’t work, way too big and hard for the ears. However BESTBUY did return them no questions asked, which was amazing. Thank you. We went with SkullCandy

Very happy with these earphones. I have AirPods but they seem to wiggle their way loose after time. These aren't going anywhere with the ear clip and the sound is much better than AirPods! Great bass but not too much to drown out the midrange or treble. A bit pricey but worth it for the seamless Apple ecosystem integration. Highly recommended!

The lava red looks oxidized and washout. I will be returning this. Apple should have went with Varsity Red instead of lava red.

These are not good headphones. Beyond the looks, they are not good. Don’t sound that special at all and certainly are not comfortable.

Love the quality. Great sound. Purchased for use at the gym. Love that it clips around the ear. Was debating on getting the AirPods. I’m happy I decided to purchase these. Stays on throughout workouts.

Bought these for my adult son, and the left ear phone quit working after 3 months of use. Should have bought the warranty. Too late to return. Don't bother.

I hate the beats never had this much trouble out of a regular head set i will never buy this again and i will tell everybody about the beats

The sound quality is great, the buds stay in place while working out and running. The battery life was pretty good when I first purchased them. Cons: This is my second pair. I had to return the first pair because the left earbud stopped charging after about 6 months. BestBuy swapped them out for me for a brand new pair after a few failed attempts at trying to fix them. The second pair lasted for about 7 - 8 months before I started having the same exact issue again.

They work great for working out. Great sound quality and they stay in your ears while running or doing other exercises that involve a lot of movement. They aren’t great for calling. On zoom or FaceTime everyone tells me I sound like a robot. I think it’s worth it if your main use for these are for exercise.

Stopped working after 2 months. Got the insurance but Apple was giving me a hard time about getting it fixed or replaced. Not worth the money

After 4 monthes, the right side wont hold a charge. We contacted apple but we cant get a stright anwer on the warranty

I bought these a little over a month ago and I can say with me owning the gen 1 airpods and listening to AirPods Pro that these are the best truly wireless headphones I’ve ever owned or listened to! They have amazing sound quality and base can be adjusted in settings if that’s an issue for you. I have worked out at the gym and played basketball in these and they never fell out or got loose in my ear. They have great sound cancellation and everything that they’ve claimed for these headphones have been true! They last me all day on a full charge and I love how they connect with the H1 Apple chip! I don’t regret this purchase at all!
