My headset is a malfunction. I couldn't hear anything on one side of the headset.

Not happy with sound quality. Considering getting AirPods.

They are very good. Great sound quality and noise canceling, also they’re comfortable to wear.

The only issue I have is the portability of the carrying case due to the size. It really doesn't fit in a pocket, but you can get an after market rubberized self adhesive shell for the charging case which gives you the ability to use a carabiner to clip in on a belt loop. The ear hooks are fully adjustable. If done correctly, they will stay in without an issue. Upon purchase, and for significant improvement of the sound quality and functionality, install the Beats app from Google Store, which shows you current charge status on both the case and each ear piece as well as allow the headphones firmware/software to be updated which corrects many of the connectivity issues I have seen in other reviews. Apps usually have audio settings and adjustments available within the app much like Spotify does. When listening to Spotify, there are some adjustments under Advanced Settings (Equalizer). When using my PC and laptop, there are audio settings through Windows. Right click the Speakers icon in lower right, then > Sounds > Playback > Powerbeats Pro > Properties > Advanced. You should see a check box with “Disable Enhancements” in that tab. With available audio adjustments, the sound is top notch and worth the expense. When putting the headphones on, it automatically connects to the paired device and powers up. If you remove them while listening to music, they will resume once you put them back on. You can use the one at a time if, for example, you are driving and need to take a phone call. Battery capacity usage time is very impressive. I use mine for a few hours daily. It took about a weeks’ time for me to have to charge the case.

The earbuds can be pretty tight on your ears, to the point of slight pain after extended use, but on the other hand, it won't fall out your ear no matter how vigorous your workout is. The volume/pause/call buttons on both ears work intuitively and no wires mean it won't get caught up in your clothes. Very good purchase would recommend.

These sounds pretty good and stay in place during a lot of moving around, but that's about all the good I can say. First off, these things NEVER wanted to sit in the charger the right way. I'd have to fiddle with them to get them to properly seat in the charger, and then if I so much as put it down too hard, 75% of the time, one of them would inevitably move and not charge. Then, every few weeks, one or the other would bug out and just give me weird digital/static type noise, instead of what I was trying to listen too, would come out and I'd have to mess around for 30 minutes unpairing and repairing to get it to work again. Finally, after 4 years, the right one went out and would not work again. Pretty dissapointed considering the price.
