I had these since they first came out nd i must say after like over 5 months usage. battery runs for 6 hrs nonstop still which i like and the charge doesnt take long at all. My only issue is it does hurt your ear after a while esp if you wear a mask. And u will get like ear bumps if you dont constanly clean them esp if you work out. Like a light irration nd stuff. But the music is clear. Could be louder. But overall those r my only complaints

I have had these headphones years ago but they got lost when my family was in an accident. I have had several other replacements but nothing ever matched the comfort, sound and ease of operation that these headphones gave me. They were always comfortable and I love the tap on the side to operate them.

I have gone through two pair of these, and I absolutely love them! But every time there is an issue, they tell me it’s out of warranty because of “damage” but the damage is something like the mesh on the headset is missing. Not my fault! so always buy the AppleCare, it’s only $29 

So I’ve never done a review anywhere ever, but for this much money I felt compelled. After trying 3 different wireless earphones I landed upon these. I figured with the name, apple backing these would be a home run. So the positives are: good fit, comfortable, easy controls. The bad is the sound volume. At max volume the music is ok, not quite but not pump you up at the gym level. Phone calls are barely heard. The other side of the call reported great sound, but I could barely hear them. Sad but true, look elsewhere if you want to really feel the music.

They feel nice around the ear and they stay in; however, they have connectivity issues. If connecting to you Apple Watch, Garman, etc for a run they either don’t connect and you have to remove them from your Bluetooth and reload them to the phone or one will just connect. It’s what keeps them from getting all stars.

Love these headphones they work with my iPhone every time! Siri is wireless and love the button on the headphones themselves.

I currently have the Sony SP800n, the sound quality is the best I've heard on any sports earbuds, even better than most earbuds that are more expensive. But the design looks weird, so I decided to try these. The design looks great, but that's the only pros about them. First off, the sound quality is terrible, I'm no audiophile or some kind of music/sound snob, but even I can tell this sound quality was terrible. There is no EQ app, so the stock bass is what you get, now I listen to EDM and hiphop when exercising, and it was way too flat. Sounded worse than sub $100 earbuds. I think all the good reviews this is getting is based from people who haven't tried other earbuds. The comfort was not good either because the plastic around the cushion still hurts your ear. I'm in the Apple ecosystem, so I really wanted to like these, but I wanted great sound quality with more bass, and these have the worse I've tested.

Delivered sooner than I expected, very pleasantly surprised. This new version of the headphones is lighter and stays in place even with running.

Overall the headphone performance is good. However, when throwing them in the charging unit, they dont always charge. So the next time i go to use them, one of or both of the ear buds are dead. I have to place them meticulously on the charging pads and make sure they are charging via my phone.

These are phenomenal headphones and I must say after going through the red lava ones getting these is a step up style wise…

Wow I was so incredibly disappointed in these! The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they lived up to the hype of easily pairing to my iPhone with the incorporated H1 chip and they fit extremely well. But that is where the pros end. I do not consider myself a "bass head" but I do enjoy a warm sound profile with a decent low end. Surprisingly enough the Powerbeats Pro were sorely lacking in bass. I know bass is relative to each listener but even with trying the different sized ear tips to achieve a better didn't make a difference. I even had the bass boost EQ profile selected and it made a slight difference but not enough to make it worth their $199 (at the time of purchase) price. And with no hear through capability and the massive size of the case there were just too many negatives to keep them. I also used these for phone calls a few times and the people I was on the call with said the Powerbeats picked up a lot of outside sound and made me sound very distant. I have since returned these and purchased the Jabra Elite 75t and these absolutely destroy the Powerbeats Pro's in my opinion. Please don't believe the hype on the Powerbeats Pro's and run away from them as fast as you can into the open and much less expensive arms of Jabra.

Really Nice head phones , really enjoy having them while I work

I'm super disappointed in these, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised. I thought I would try them after my Powerbeats 3 stopped working within a year of purchase. I purchased these in November and the left bud stopped taking charge in August. I do nothing but use these for the gym. They are either in my gym bag, on the charger, or in use. I don't understand why they couldn't even make it a year. Due to my experience with the Powerbeats 3, I purchased the warranty. I was set up under false pretense. I asked if I would be able to go to any Best Buy to get it taken care of and was told that was all I would have to do, but apparently you have to set up an appointment with Geek Squad and they send them out. I don't know when I get them back. I don't know if I will get a new pair or if they will try to repair these. All I know is what I paid and that I now have NO headphones. I bought the Bose wireless ear buds for my boyfriend and I will tell you that the sound, the battery, the ease of use, the warranty and the overall quality is better with those.

Great sound quality. Little difficult getting into and around ear but could just still be the newness of them, being stiff. Would recommend and purchase again.

They have the best sound I have ever experienced. I tried AirPods, Bose headphones and some others. So far this is the nicest fit.

Returned beats earbuds before i used them. Bought the more expensive sony ones instead that right ear buds stop playing and the stop charging wihin 2 years. Probably should have kept the beats earbuds. Smh

They are the best I have ever used and very comfortable on the ears, don’t even think about it, buy it , you won’t regret it.

I first got these as a gift for christmas in 2020 loved them to death after the second year the battery wasnt hold as much charge still loved them regardless sadly lost my pair late last year and havent had any other earbud because it just feels strange with any other earbud brand/type would buy again

Overall good product however I wish noise cancellation was better. Battery life is long and very easy to connect to my iPhone
