Worthless below 20F
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If temps drop into the 20s F, forget about using these. They just give you a depressing failure jingle then shutdown and won’t turn on again. If you run in the winter, you’d be better off burning your cash to keep warm than you’d be trying to mess with these. Super frustrating because I really liked them for security on the ears and “fun” sound sig, so they get one extra star for trying to work above 30F.

Sound is perfect, good Bass
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was one of the best earphones I have ever purchased. I was skeptical about owning this piece, with price being high. I tried them on today. They felt a little intrusive into my ear, but I need some used to for this design, but I must say they are very secure, unlike my earpods, whereby I am always worried when I am entering the toilet to get that men's time at the little pool. If you are coming from Bose/Sony Product line, you would definitely like this.

Lost connecting
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got my first pair as a Christmas gift and lost one of the ear pieces at work!!! I know my wife paid more this round on my new pair but grateful. I like the security of having ear piece around my ear verse using a pod as they tend to pop out.

Great purchase!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are great! I have small ears so this worked perfectly and hugged my ears. They stay in place and don’t move at all. I also used them while jogging and they don’t move at all.

Best Earbuds I've Owned
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these the week they came out back in 2019 and still use them today. Never disappointed. Battery is amazing. Only thing is after using them almost everyday for the past 3 years the batter is bound to wear off. Ordered another pair and they're the best pair of buds i owned. Only con is that the case is a bit bulky but i got over it

Best headphones
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beat headphones I’ve owned! Sound quality is great and they don’t slip off! They automatically pair when i put them on and don’t disconnect randomly like my JBL headphones did.

The one that changed a whole GENERTION!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The best one in the market and the most affordable ones!! the best you can get as a gym rat and a hooper I can assure you that 100% multiple 100. the only cones I can tell is that it has no ANC and it has a large case(proportionally) in comparison to other in the market. For the one that doesn't care go for the 1st generation, for whom that does care you got the bit expensive ones the 2nd generation for 250$ - also worth it for sure.

The left bud keeps going out….
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not a fan…. I’ve had these for a little over a year now and you’d think for the $$$, there wouldn’t be any issues with them properly working but for some reason the left ear bud is always constantly going out. I’ve had to put both of them back in the charging case to reconnect but it’s annoying and disrupting during my work outs… especially if I don’t want to bring the case with me everywhere. I’m not sure if AirPods do the same thing but I wouldn’t recommend these. They also aren’t great for people with small ears (mine aren’t even that small and even with the smallest ear bud inserts) but they don’t stay in and when I’m doing cardio, I have to push them back into my ears every minute because they start to fall out. The volume on these are also kind of low by default.

Don't recommend - charging system is worthless!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If I could give these 0 stars I would, and for one reason...the charging system on these is without question, the single worst platform I have ever used. I cannot express this enough. Getting things seated correctly has been a chore from day 1, and that includes a second pair and 2 different charging cases from Apple. They do not seat properly and will self-discharge 100% of the time if the case is closed, and about 80% of the time if the case is open. Things are just too fiddly. I don't know if the tolerances are too tight and QC too low or what, but given that 9 times out of 10 I cannot use these immediately when I want/need to and have to wait 3-10 minutes for one of them to charge enough to use, and then use the other one that continues to charge (hopefully) when headphone 1 dies. I have fought with this for 3 years and none of the benefits outweigh this single con. I keep them because I'm stubborn and paid almost $200 for them and will get as much "use" out of them as I can. It's just so very frustrating that this charging system was ever implemented in the first place. There are pros: I like the hook The sound is pretty good They are Apple "native" and connecting initially is quick When you can get things exactly right to get them charging, they do so extremely quickly...like, scary fast There are also other cons: Even once adjusted, the work loose from my ears when running (which is why I got them in the first place They do occasionally lose connection from the phone during use which usually requires disabling and re-enabling bluetooth on the device (phone/computer)

Amazing quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tried these they are definitely way better than AirPod pros when it comes to sound quality but I tend to use it only for phone calls and for that AirPods are a little more convenient

Battery doesn't hold charge.Good audio for running
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using the earphones for 3 weeks now. I only use them for running and biking and I must say that these are he best earphones so far with regards to audio and usage. I was looking for a completely wireless replacement of my Powerbeats 2 earphones. First I settle for the Jabra Elite Active 65t, but I did return these because I couldn't stand the complete close off in my ears. While running this gave me a pounding feeling in my ear. The Powerbeats are much more comfortable for me, so very happy about that. But.. my issue is with the battery. Yes, it will last for many hours of usage, but even when not using it, the battery drains. If I leave the earphones out of the case without using them for about 20 to 24 hours, the battery is dead. Not sure if my item is defect or if this is expected behavior, but it is quite annoying. Resetting the device and updating the firmware did not resolve the issue. Contacted Apple support already and they advised me to return it for repair. Hopefully this gets resolved by an exchange or a firmware update, because other than this I am very happy with my purchase. At the moment, I wouldn't recommend this product.

Over Time They Will Fail
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had my set of Powerbeats Pro for about 5 years now. I use them approximately once a week while doing yard work. From reading the negative reviews, it seems I'm lucky that they have lasted this long. I would often have a difficult time getting the left unit to seat in the case properly to charge. Eventually I learned to insert it first and wiggle it around until the light turns red (which means it is charging) before putting in the right unit. Within the last year, the left unit will play for about an hour and then it will give the low battery sound and immediately shut off. I tested this today to see how long it would last; the left unit shut down and my phone was showing that the right unit still had about 75% or more power left (and they were both charged to 100% together). Apple is willing to do a battery replacement, but they will charge $79 before taxes/fees to do so. It's time for the Thanksgiving sales currently, so I could replace them for $129. That was my plan until I started reading that the problem I experienced is extremely common. I'm going to look around at other options and I suggest you do the same. :-( They were good while they lasted.
