I bought my first set and one battery started discharging far faster than the other earphones. I sent them to the Apple Store who sent them for repair. Apple in California repaired the battery issue and replaced the mesh screen inside both earphones. That set lasted 7 years. I bought the same set FIVE months ago and the same exact issue arose. I took them to the Apple Store and was assured the issue would be resolved given they are fewer than 12 months old. I got an email advising a quote would be created to repair them. Because I couldn’t access the quote, i called Apple Customer Service. Ready for this?!?! The representative advised the repair quote totals $198. I told the representative a BRAND NEW set at Best Buy is $129. I explained my prior set had the very same issue and they were repaired free of charge and I got the set back in less than 1 week. This is clearly a circumstance of Apple hiding behind “Limited Warranty”, looking for ANY reason, irrespective of reasonableness, to deny customers a justifiable repair and gouging customers when they’ve already spent good money on the set when they were new. V E R Y disappointing.

The Powerbeats are an absolute top quality set of earphones. The sound is clear and crisp. The volume is loud enough to block all surrounding noises to keep me in the zone as I exercise. And most of all no wires to restrict head movement. The earphones stay comfortably in my ears without irritating them and come with various sizes to ensure ear comfort. I highly recommend the Powerbeats.

I love these beats. Buy them each time. They don’t bother my ears and they stay in.

Nit a fan of these headphone at all and will be returning. The sound quality is good, but the lack of a power button is baffling. I cant leave the headphones in for a phone call because no one can hear me, so i take them out and they are suppose to sense that they arent in my ear and turn off. Except that it thinks my hand is my ear and switches the bluetooth on and off repeatedly. Driving in your car with the headphone in there? My phone still send the music to the headphones and not the car. Dont have the bulky charging case with you at all times? Batteries on the headphones will die because they are always on. The addition of a power button would alleviate all of my gripes about these headphones, but im returning these for something more functional.

The fit is a good idea however after wearing them for an hour, they started to hurt my ears, as they became sore. The sound is about as good as some $20 skullcandy's, which is not bad, and packs alot of bass but thats really it. The mids and highs are very average, and for $200 they should certainly be better. I would recommend spending the extra $100 for some sennheiser momentum true wireless 2 which truly offer premium sound that is miles ahead of beats and noticeably better than air pods pro. Glad I exchanged these.

Excellent noise cancelling and sound quality . Great fitting over the ear as they are so adjustable . It's expensive but worth it. Love they color choice they have. definatle

PROS: stay in ear during exercise, easy volume and pause/play controls, compact case, battery life, water resistance rating CONS: poor ambient noise blocking, price, poor ear fitment Was severely let down with the purchase of the Powerbeats Pro. While the sound is clear in low noise environments, I expected better at the price of $249. Even though they don’t have active noise cancellation I expected these earbuds to do a good job of resisting ambient noise, but after trying all four sizes of ear fittings they were still unsatisfactory.

They are very clear when listening and talking. Callers are impressed with the clarity.

They stay in my ears perfectly. The iPhone earbuds always fall out of my ears so I was looking for something that would wrap around. These are perfect! Sound is great too!
