Good neutral sound. Works without requiring connection to an app. Short battery life (but gotta compromise with the size). Very poor connectivity. If I leave my room the sound gets cut off. When this happens, the sound on each earpiece often gets out of sync and I have to reconnect them. Requiring a Lightning cable for charging is dumb. Should've been USB-C. After wearing them a while, my ears kind of hurt. Even after adjusting the bands. The set doesn't come with alternatively sized ear pieces either, which could've helped with the light irritation. Ultimately, I think I'll return these.

I’ve had these for about six months now and use them almost daily, but almost from the start they have given me issues. They don’t want to connect to Bluetooth sometimes, randomly drop audio, and completely stop responding to button commands. Battery life has been pretty good and when they work they’re nice, but for a $250 set of earbuds, the inconsistency and problems have guaranteed that I won’t be buying them again or recommending them to anyone else.

Easy to workout with and won’t fall. Sound is great.

I particularly like how securely they fit. I don’t have to worry about one falling out of my ear.

Bought these thinking it is from Apple and that they're high quality. Boy was that a giant waste of $200. Less that 2 months into owning these the battery life drastically dropped and my right headphone just decided to disconect from my phone and i can not connect it back. I've tried everything unpairing then pairing back again, updates, but nothing works. Complete waste of money. Buy anything but these, trust me, you'll thank me later. Complete and utter garbage.

I love these but the battery doesnt last. This is my second pair ams now the left dies within 3 hours and the right about 4-5 hours. Get insurance altough they wont fix the issue immediately they’ll eventually send you a new pair.

They’re great when they work, but 8/10 when I need them either one of the two earbuds is dead and the few times they’re both charged I have to mess with them to both connect to my phone
