The left bud keeps going out….

Not a fan…. I’ve had these for a little over a year now and you’d think for the $$$, there wouldn’t be any issues with them properly working but for some reason the left ear bud is always constantly going out. I’ve had to put both of them back in the charging case to reconnect but it’s annoying and disrupting during my work outs… especially if I don’t want to bring the case with me everywhere. I’m not sure if AirPods do the same thing but I wouldn’t recommend these. They also aren’t great for people with small ears (mine aren’t even that small and even with the smallest ear bud inserts) but they don’t stay in and when I’m doing cardio, I have to push them back into my ears every minute because they start to fall out. The volume on these are also kind of low by default.

    Too much trouble.

These are great headphones when they work. Consistently have the right side either not pair or stop working a few minutes into a run. Charging can also be hit or miss with no charge on a random basis. i've gotten to where I carry my ipods as well for when the Powerbeats decide to not work. I got these as a Christmas gift and I'm past the return period. I'm going back to my ipods because they pair without issues and never drop off. The battery life stinks but I can rely on them to provide music durning my run or gym session. I have enough stress without dealing with my Powerbeats.

“Water resistant” but water damage voids warrantee

“Water resistant” Powerbeats Pros: water damage voided the warrantee. Apple sent them for repair but wanted $99 because there was water damage. Sent in my “water resistant” Powerbeats Pros from the Apple Store for repair. Yes, they’ve been rained on. I expected that and bought them thinking “water resistant” would cover rain. Word from Apple is the warrantee is voided because of water damage. These have never been submerged. The charging case has hardly even gotten wet.

Seem to be best market option, still need work.

Pretty solid sound, controls, ease of use. Noise cancellation/isolation for listening to music and blocking during calls need significant work. Overall, better than the Jaybird Vista 2s. Was Jaybird loyal using their Tarah Pros then switched after they discontinued the line.

    Beats

The sound is quality and they fit nicely to the ear. The case is extremely bulky and hard to carry around. These are expensive for a case that you can’t really take with you on the go.

Not worth the money. Poor customer service

When they work they are good. However, I have sent these back to Apple 2x times for warranty and they still do not charge/connect properly. Apparently, apple can't duplicate the problem and keeps sending them back to me. It is frustrating that 50% of the time only one of them works because it won't register or charge.

    Maybe better compatibility with Iphones?

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Honestly, the only thing I really like about these earphones is the aesthetics. I have airpods, but they never stay in my ears so I like the earhook design. Unfortunately, after a period of time they start to become uncomfortable cause the ends start to press behind your ear. Yes, I adjusted the hooks, but it didn't matter. Sound is sub-par. Nothing impressive or insignificant to complain about. The most frustrating thing was the music dropping in and out. I thought maybe they're might be some physical interference from blocking the connection, so I would keep my phone out in the open...but I would still run into the same issue. Maybe it's because I own an android and they're more compatible with iphones. Who knows. I wanted to like these because I like the earhooks, but everything was flawed from the fit to the performance.

Lots of little nagging things about these.

I’ve had mine for over a year. Recharging them is fraught with a myriad of issues. Often times they operate for less than an hour before saying they need recharged again. Charging from side to side, one charges differently or has an issue when the other one doesn’t. The rubber tips are very easy to fall off of their rigid plastic post. For whatever reason the iPhone iOS 15 continually says they are not my Powerbeats pro even though they work. Almost impossible to open the charging case since there’s nothing to grab onto. It’s nice that they have volume controls on both of them, and pause button and skip ahead button on both of them. I only use them for spoken word content.

    Pro beats wireless

Worse headphones ever, nothing but problems from the get go. Do not buy them, Bestbuy won’t warranty them and Apple care is crap protection. They are not sweat/water resistant. I’ve already replaced them once and about to have to replace them again. The headphones eventually stop pairing and will not play. Spend multiple minutes waisted attempting to re since etc.

Trust me -- Don't do it

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

These headphone actively ruin my runs and completely kill my buzz when I generate the energy to go for a run . The majority of the time they won't connect, or when they do, only one does. You might be thinking "yeah, but they are cool!"...That is what I thought, and yes it was cool when I first opened them, but there is no question I regret my decision to buy them. I don't think I have ever left a review for a product, bc I think leaving reviews are hype, but here I am trying to help you avoid the same mistake I did.

    Android users don't buy

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I bought a pair from Apple and have had them for little over a month now. As an Android user, we are unable to see the battery life of the ear buds and I've gotten use to plugging them in to charge every 3rd day. However there have been several times now that I've only gotten a day and a half on a charge, or one of the 2 buds didn't even charge over night. For the huge $250 price tage Apple should have all the features available to all users, especially the battery life of the unit. They are also constantly breaking out of sterio while listening to podcasts.

    Do not buy.. junk.

Worst headphones i have ever owned. And of course best buy said they were no longer offering there warranty. Nonway to know if headphones are actually connected to charger, individually on earbud, if you open app you can see if they are charging, but if case mives the slightest bit, headphone quits charging and turns on i. The case. I ha r owned these for 5 months and have only been able to use both headphones about 4 times. When i open case and try to use them either both or one is completely dead. Rediculous waste of money do not buy.. absolute junk....
