Android users don't buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a pair from Apple and have had them for little over a month now. As an Android user, we are unable to see the battery life of the ear buds and I've gotten use to plugging them in to charge every 3rd day. However there have been several times now that I've only gotten a day and a half on a charge, or one of the 2 buds didn't even charge over night. For the huge $250 price tage Apple should have all the features available to all users, especially the battery life of the unit. They are also constantly breaking out of sterio while listening to podcasts.

Do not buy.. junk.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worst headphones i have ever owned. And of course best buy said they were no longer offering there warranty. Nonway to know if headphones are actually connected to charger, individually on earbud, if you open app you can see if they are charging, but if case mives the slightest bit, headphone quits charging and turns on i. The case. I ha r owned these for 5 months and have only been able to use both headphones about 4 times. When i open case and try to use them either both or one is completely dead. Rediculous waste of money do not buy.. absolute junk....

Sadly disappointing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m not sure if I received a dud or what, but these headphones have disappointed me. Let me explain my issues. 1. They give me a really hard time when connecting to the Bluetooth of my phone. I have to go into the settings and reconnect and search for the headphone signal literally every time I use them. I know it’s not my phone because my phone easily connects easily to various Bluetooth speakers throughout my house (and these are all different brands). 2. Secondly, these do not stay on my ears. They fit pretty weird actually. I have purchased cheap head phones which fit better but just broke too fast. 3. The earbud covers continuously pop off. I am equally rough with all of my electronics and again, my cheaper, low quality headphones did not do this. I have never had the experience of having to change my earbud covers this much. It’s at the point where I have run out of replacement earbuds - and they send a bunch of different sizes in the box! I’ve never experienced this with any other pair of headphones, ever. And when the covers fall off, the earbud plastic hurts. 4. The charge is pathetic. I mean seriously, for a name brand product, why in the world do these run out of battery power so quickly?! Then, they do not recharge quickly. If I don’t keep them on the charger all night, then I will not get a full 8 hours of use the next day. Even then, after 24 hours of not being charged NOR being used, the battery goes dead. This was my first pair of Beats anything. I didn’t buy them for the marketing side of the Beats brand, but for what I expected to be a quality product. I expected them to be more durable, more comfortable, and more efficient in ease of use. I expected to join the tribe of “Beats” fans. Ha! Was I let down. What I got was a $60 pair of uncomfortable, poor quality, glitchy, and less than optimal battery life headphones. I didn’t expect top notch state of the art headphones for this price-point, but I did expect them to atleast do what they said they would do. Based on the other reviews, most people have had great experiences with them. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case for me. These frustrate me so much that I don’t even care about charging them anymore and I will just go without music during excruciating periods of time where I really need music. I was literally about to buy a pair of headphones from the gas station the other day. I’m just going to go buy me some old-fashioned Apple EarPods (Not AirPods) and deal with the wires for now. Maybe I’ll try Sony next because I had the same Bluetooth connectivity issue and charging time issues with JBL in-ear headphones.

Just OK
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought PowerBeats Pro wireless headphones in 04/2020. They worked great for a good two years. But in the last few months, the powerBeats Pro randomly shuts down while in use even though they have battery available, this happens within minutes of using the headphones almost 3-5 min. When i plugging them into the charging case shows one of the earbuds battery level at 55% (exactly), while the other one stays in the 80% range. I would recommend these headphones if you want to again purchase new headphones after two years. If not I would continue shopping around.

Good (if they last)
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I bought these in mid december and by january 1st the left earbud stopped working so i went to trade them in at best buy and that was an easy and painless. So now i used the headphones for about 7 months and the same problem came up again. I went to best buy again to trade in and get a pair that works but they said their warranty expired and i would have to go through apple. Apple is the worst and it was impossible to get an appointment in nyc and the videos on how to fix them were no help as i tried resetting them at least 5/6 times. If your one of the lucky ones and get a pair that works for more than a year than they are good headphones and i would recommend but it seems like getting a pair that last more than 8 months is impossible.

great sound, awful interfacing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great quality sound when they actually decide to work, but the phone interfacing and the charging mechanism leaves much to be desired. Often, only one earbud will pair with my phone and i have to sit there pairing and unpairing, placing them in and out of the case until, finally, both work. Also i cannot tell you how many god forsaken times i have gone to put them in to find that one earbud has just not charged, despite having made sure both were connected in the case from the previous use. Extremely aggravating.

Poor performance
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’d take wire headphones before ever buying these. They take too long to connect, they sometimes don’t connect to one ear so you have to reconnect the device until you get both ears. Stupid you have to charge the headphones in a case that also requires charging.

Good earbuds but not for tiny ears
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am sure they are great earbuds. The only reason I am rating them so low is because I had to return them due to having child size ears where the hook was bigger than the length of my ear. They fell out multiple times in the two days I wore them, it took like 5 minutes to get them in any kind of somewhat comfortable position and they hurt the multiple piercings in my cartilage. So again I am sure if you have normal adult size ears they are great but if you have small ears, I would not recommend. Get the Beats solo3 that I exchanged them for. They are great!

Shoulda gone with the AirPods
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These frequently stop working (won’t connect to a previously connected device). And one of them has stopped working all together. Won’t be purchasing beats again

Could be better
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Smart technology with the earhooks but the buds still fall out of my ears when working out hard. The best option is the volume control on either headphone. The worst features are: connectivity updates are a pain initially, no noise cancelling or transparency mode which are useful for kids and running. Ultimately, I was dissapointed and returned them after a couple months. Apple Airpods are the best but those fall out from time to time as well.

Almost never works perectly for me
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned two pair of these headphones. The sound quality is great when it works, but i usually find myself having connectivity issues, their not always charging, or some other kind of glitch. This also seems to happen with other Apple ear buds for working out. I do tend to get a bit sweaty, but I wipe them off whem im done to make sure they can charge. Once these go, i wont be getting tjem again

Not worth the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound quality is impressive but after about a year of having them one side will be charged the other side won't be and when it shows it's been fully charged and you pull them out and put them back in hoping that it might go back into charging mode and think they're charged you put them in put on some music and they may last through one song and then they turn off I bought these when they just came out and at first I was very satisfied with them but now all they do is frustrate me so I would suggest don't buy them it's not worth $260

Connection Issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't waste your money. Issues with charging both. More often than not only one will charge fully. The other will work for 15 min and drop off. Pairing them is a pain and often only one will pair. The will randomly unpair and the only way to pair them is with the case. Huge disappointment.
