Worth the money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just got these for Christmas. Great battery life and simple controls. Very easy to pair with iPhone. Good sound. Wish it had a little more bass. Fit well in ear. A number of different shaped ear cushions. The mic for calls is great! One of the main reason I replaced my previous earbuds. Have to get used to putting in and around ear but once they’re very stable and comfortable even with eye glasses on.

buy a warranty..get it through GeekSquad not apple
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are a great concept and they sound good. However I have been having trouble with one earphone working while the other earphone doesn't....they flip flop between the two sides. Another issue is this happens when charging one side charges but the other doesn't connect somehow. The real kicker is the warranty...I buy the warranty and you have to go through Apple Care...Geek Squad charges you $30 to ship to Apple to find out what the problem is

Very unhappy. Very uncomfortable.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am incredibly unhappy with these things, and I loved my old powerbeats. If I could return these I would, but I became sick right after purchasing them and missed the return window. I spend most of the workday in my cheap, free earbuds that came with my iPhone rather than hassle and get frustrated with these things. I feel like I threw my money away. I need something to use when I watch movies on my iPad pro and something to use while I’m on the phone. They do play good sound quality while I’m watching movies. So that's a plus. But they are so very uncomfortable to wear, which completely surprised me because my old powerbeats were amazing (before they broke). I can’t get through a movie without frequently adjusting these things because I just get so uncomfortable no matter what tips I use or how I position them. It’s a total distraction when I’m trying to watch a movie and there start to hurt. When I’m on a call people have a much harder time hearing me than they do when I’m on my cheap earbuds that came with my iPhone. It’s just completely ridiculous. I’m in a quiet room with nothing but a white noise machine so there's no reason for this. As soon as I can afford it I am replacing these with something else since I can't use wired earbuds with my iPad pro.

Powerbeats Pro
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great when they work at full capacity. The right wireless earbud tends to not fully charge causing just the left earbud to only work at times

Not good for small ears!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to love these headphones but they look so silly on my small ears! I'm 23 years old and they look extremely oversized. The sound is great, but they simply do not fit! The part where the band starts sits about an inch away from where my ear is and when it wraps to go around my ear it sits so far away from my ear, not really having a purpose at all because it has nothing to lean against (if that makes sense). Sadly will be returning.

Ear Buds Fall Off My Ear Running
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One of these buds fits one ear decently, but the other one no matter how much I move the loop, it does not fit my ear properly. Whenever I'm running and start to sweat and just the movement of my body, the other earbud starts to come loose and will not stay in my ear. I can't believe I'm the only person in the Review List that this is happening to. There must be others who have had a similar problem- NOT GOOD for exercising with!

Not worth it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these October 3rd 2020 They were good at first but then my right earbud had trouble connecting. At first I thought I was doing something wrong because these were the first wireless earphones I’ve ever had but nope. I’ve only had these a little over a year now and regret buying them.

Cannot adjust EQ for better bass
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was excited to start using these for the gym, but as soon as I started listening to music, I realized the poor sound quality. I tried adjusting the settings, but there’s no clear way of making the sound better. I will be returning and trying another model.

getting disconnected
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just bought my powerbeats and they keep getting disconnected from my phone. I already reset them and updated the filmware. If i pause music or a video they get disconnected and I have to go to my Bluetooth menu ti reconnect them.

Where’s the BEATs?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I guess the majority of people buying these (and the Apple earpods) have grown up listening to their music on their phones or from small bluetooth speakers which would account for the endless 5 star reviews because they just don’t know any better. But from someone who at one time had 12” woofers in my speaker cabinets and stereo systems that consisted of several components, I can assure you there is NO beats in these Powerbeats Pro. The fit is pretty comfortable but the sound is appaling. Very tinny highs with what sounds to me like “imitation” bass. It’s not really bass, but a cheap simulation. The sound level is also abysmal. I kept hitting the volume up button only to realize they were already full volume. I tried Apple’s “Pro” buds yesterday and returned them this morning. I’ll be returning these “beats” tomorrow. I guess if the Sony version of these “Pro” buds is as bad as the last two sets, I’ll have to stick with my Beats Solo on ear headphones for good

Constant problems
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are literally the worst beats product ive ever owned . 2 times ive had to send in for repairs . One for left headphone non connection ( known issue for these) and then case stuck in pairing mode and now right headphone is not connecting . Ive never encountered so many problems and i havent even owned them 6 months. Steer clear and spend your money elsewhere

Horrible.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What a waste. $200 for a pair of headphones that you have to fight with to get paired. With the Apple technology, it seems simple enough, until the left earbud won’t connect and you have to start all over, resetting them in the giant case. And then, because there is no off button, it will continue to drain the battery.

many reliability issues but great for working out
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.product died within the warranty period and apple refused to honor failing microphone and buzzing noise coming from one of the earbuds. save your money and sanity, find something newer and better.

Buy something else
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These things are fine, as long as one of your ear buds isn’t constantly getting disconnected. If this happens a you have to reconnect with them in their case. So if you just brought your buds and no case, have fun listening to one the whole workout. These aren’t really worth it.

Not worth your hard earned money!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If I cld give it a zero I would! Asked for these for mother's day a yr ago and thought they were great for about 4 mths! My kiddo and husband spent a lot of money on these only for them to stop working. As I see many others have now said one or both literally just stop charging in its "charging case" Really?! A $200 set of ear buds just stop working after a couple of mths! I have bought Joyful Heart ear buds for $20 that are still working after 4 yrs! Shame on you because you know that this is an obvious problem with these ear buds and not standing behind your product and help your consumers that trusted that product and spent alot of their hard earned money on them only to get ripped off! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Overpriced and pure garbage!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Where do I begin. I've had these buds for a little over a month and I totally regret not returning them. I wear these when I go to bed because, the one positive, they wrap behind your ear which keeps them from falling out I listen to music. With that being said, the button on the buds are so sensitive I'm constantly pausing my music or video. The features don't work as well with a droid and the biggest complaint is that the right earbud has a tendency not to charge so when I put them on the left earbud is 100% and the right is at 0%. This has happened 3 times so far. The case sucks as well because it is so slippery and hard to open. I'll end up selling these and stick with my cheaper ones that work so much better. Sound quality is pretty decent though, if you don't mind wearing only one earbud.
