The past few month I have had problems getting them to connect properly in the charging case. Sometimes the right one won’t charge and other times it is the left one that won’t charge. Sent them to Apple to be fixed and they were sent back saying nothing was wrong with them. Finally read the reviews and now I see this is a problem with the Powerbeats Pros. Don’t like it when I get ready to use them and open up the case and find out they are dead. Probably will be going back to the Powerbeats with the cord between the ear pieces. Had them before and they worked good. I don’t like how you cannot power the Powerbeats Pros off while not using them. I put mine in the case when I am not using them and 75% of the time they go dead while sitting the the case when they are supposed to be charging.

These things may hurt your ears!!! :( I bought a pair of these a few months ago and after wearing them for a couple of months my ears started breaking out in a rash and I started getting ear infections. I stopped using them and allowed my ears to heal up again and decided to give them another try. I only wore them for about 30 minutes and the next day I had clear fluid coming out of my ears and a rash that caused scabs to appear behind my ears where the "hooks" hold them in place. I did some research online and found out that I am not alone. Several people have reported having similar or worse issues after wearing these ear buds. I would not recommend this product to anyone ever. I am going to try and get a refund from Apple since I am beyond the Best Buy return policy window.

I had these for like two weeks and I only use them for the gym and the volume button on them doesn’t work for the price of these I wouldn’t recommend buying them again

Beats are Junk - worse device I have ever purchased. Won't charge, won't connect, cannot upgrade firmware, Apple will not support. Suggest you buy another brand.

The left ear bud doesn’t connect. I can only use the right earbud

Won't stay connected. Changing is sketchy. Called for help. Basically go through the connection process each. Wouldn't be a big deal if it really worked. Don't buy

After some time of using product left bud started to shutdown at 55% battery. No fix available and Apple turns blind eye on this wide spread issue. Google will show a lot of people with same issue which indicates a manufacturer defect but Apple will charge for a fix.

I like the product but can't believe you guys raised the price. I hope there are good black Friday deals on this, lower than the first price you had. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Got these as a present in December 2020 and now in August 2022, the right earbud has stopped working: it won’t charge, it won’t connect and my phone doesn’t recognize it at all. I called BestBuy Customer Service and they told me that because the person who bought it for me didn’t purchase extended warranty, my only option is to purchase a new pair of headphones. Super disappointed because I really really loved my PowerBeats Pro and super disappointed at BestBuy Customer Service. Terrible experience. Do not recommend these headphones to anyone.

I bought this product for $141.61 in 12/16/2020. I just started having issues with both not working for more than 30 minutes. This started within the last 3 months. I did not take out the warranty. I've used dry cloth to wipe down the ear buds and the case area where it charges. Nothing is working. Disappointed with the quality

Ive come to the realization Apple does not give a crap about making quality products anymore. They will just charge out the butt because people are sheep and will throw away a headset they bought last year for a brand new pair. These are trash. The darn case will not charge the headset and when i sent in for repair the technician said there was water damage. How the heck do you sell a product for people to use while they work out and then chastise them for having liquid in them?!? This world is going to crap and fast.

Worked great for 1 year. Then the charging case sometimes won’t recognize the left or the right, which leads to having to blow a ton of time fiddling with each headphone trying to get them to connect and constantly checking your phone to see if they are finally going to charge. It would be better if after the manufacturers warranty if they just blew to pieces because this constant waste of time is maddening. I’d recommend any other similar product, because anything for this amount of money should last longer than 1 year.

I have 2 pair, charging problems ALL the time…every time I have to guess, did both charge? Disappointed very much….not real comfortable over a long workout either. Like to walk and on long walks they become uncomfortable…

While the sound was great, these were frustrating. Often only one side worked, so I would have to re-pair several times to get both sides working. Battery started to lose charge efficiency after a few months, which corresponded with when both of my ears, inside and out began to have severe reactions, which included clear fluid leaking from ears and skin peeling and itching. Discontinued use and tried again when ears were better and 10 minutes of wear initiated reaction again. Several wearers have reported the same, as discussed on Apple Forum.

I had bought these as a gift for Christmas for myself and I had bought them at Best Buy online and they were great for about 2 1/2 weeks but then they stopped charging so I searched up on google what to do to fix my problem and it was not just me who was having their problem it was many other people and what it said to do I followed very closely and it did not work so I went online here to see what there return policy was and it was after 14 days so I was unable to get my money back and now I am left with broken beats and $250 dollars wasted DO NOT BUY!!

These sound fine but the case is bulky and they constantly lose contact with the charging tabs. Need to constantly check to make sure they are charging. Awful design.

I just got my 1st Powerbeats Pro Earphones (Red) on my last birthday month at best buy and use them for my new phone A32.. I would recommend it to a friend or any family member.... (5 Stars)

I’ve had these for 4 years now. When I got them the were $300. My main complaint is the battery life. Just listening to music they last for a few hours so I’ve never measured exactly how long in that use case. BUT when I take phone calls with them I often use one earbud at a time and it only lasts 30 min - 1 hr. That’s absurd to me for a quoted 8hr battery life Wish I bought the AirPod pros instead.

Having a connectivity and sound issue with right earpiece....sent it to Apple under warranty, they sent it back saying nothing was wrong. Problem still OBVIOUS and apparent.

I had to reset them all the time because one side would quit working. They did not seat in the case well and would not charge. Total junk I returned them and got a refund without trouble.
