Powerbeats Pro are Unreliable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is some helpful advice to anyone considering the Powerbeats Pro. They are super unreliable when it comes to connecting to a phone, watch, etc. When it works it's awesome but when it does not work (and you do not have access to the charging case) you are out of luck. Big issue if running a marathon or if you are away from the case for a period of time. Apple has to figure out a solution for reconnecting the headphones without access to the case. Poorly thought out concept to rely on a massive case for a running device.

Poor sound quality and comfort for the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the price and after reading reviews I thought Powerbeats Pro would be great wireless earbuds. Not at all, zero base unless using the largest size tips which completely hurt my ears and even then the low end is better in my Google Pixel's stock earbuds. I returned them after 30 minutes of use, not worth the money at all. I then got a pair of Bose Soundsport Free earbuds - best I've ever heard in an earbud and much more comfortable. I think some of review articles must be sponsored since the Bose have far superior sound quality - I can't see how anyone would put them in the same category. This was my second try with a Beats product, not much chance I'll give them a 3rd chance.

Ive had these for over a year- below average.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Almost everytime I use these earbuds, they dont work. Before using them, it always takes 5-10 minutes to make sure they even connect to my device- which is hardly ever. They actually work as intended about 20% of the time. After about an hour of wearing them, my ears ache. Dont get these earbuds if you want reliable/comfortable headphones, because these are anything but reliable. The only plus side is they wont fall out while moving around.

Known unfixed issue - Powers off Although charged
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are great earphones when they work. But there is an outstanding issue that Apple/beats refuses to fix. After a few months of use you’ll notice the left or right unit power off randomly though there is charge left. Google it and check out the Reddit forums on it. Bought this a year back thinking since it’s so explosive it will last me a good while. Unfortunately that’s not the case

Powerbeats 3 (3years product with better sound)
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is incredibly that beats made a lot of expectation with this product and just for the first song, these headphones sounds horrible in comparison with powerbeats 3 that has almost 3 years in the market ( I have both earbuds now), i will have faith that apple release an update to the powerbeats pro because the lack of bass is incredible, it sounds like urbeats from 5 years ago, come on beats 272 dollars for this stupid sound and my powerbeats 3 sounds better, I'm being cheated by this horrible sound

Charging issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't know why beats made the ear hooks and the case different shapes. If your ear is not the curvature, the buds will not charge. 90% of the time only one side will charge. When I take out the charged side, only then will the other side start to charge. I mean I must be crazy to be using both earbuds at the same time. it's like buying a pair of shoes but only able to wear one shoe at a time. Really disappointed in purchasing these at full price when they came out.

Not good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They worked well for about 3 months, after that the left side went completely out, now im having charging issues with the only side i have, i had these for about 6 to 8 months altogether. Now i have no earbuds at all. I wouldn't recommend to no one.

It was great until
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One of the head phones stop working as soon the warranty was over. Before it was great. Now it’s just frustrating.

Extremely flawed product design
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Please do not buy this product! The design is super flawed. The earbuds do not sit properly in the case and even if it does, the slightest movement knocks them off the position and there is no way to know until the time you take it out and try connecting and it shows up 0% charge. Sound quality ain't that great to warrant the high price nor is it sound proof! Apple Care that I bought along with is additional money down the drain. WORST PRODUCT BY APPLE EVER.

Not Worth The Cost or The Hype
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these for the of the hook to workout with, one f them still managed to fall out twice. Case way too bulky! Nothing special about the sound compared to other brands at the same price points or even lower for that matter, Very uncomfortable also if worn for long periods of time. Returned them after 3 days.

Powerbeats Pro I’ll Pass
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately I am unable to get a good seal in ear with any of the provided tips. For $271 I expected a whole lot more. I’ll be ordering the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless earbuds based on the claim they have best in class sound quality.

Bluetooth disconnects for no reason
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was given these as a gift and have used them for 2 months now on 2 different phones and devices. The issue is that for no unexpected reason they disconnect from bluetooth and have to disable Bluetooth or place in case to get them to reconnect. I have tried unpairing, resetting or reinstalling to no avail. Very disappointing and expected better quality with all the reviews and comments about the product.

Not Great, Not Bad, Just Okay
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these so that I could exercise without fear of my every-day ear buds falling out. The sound quality is decent, although not noticeably better than anything else I've used in recent years. They do seem quite secure, but are a bit awkward to put on and don't play so nicely with glasses. The firmware updates seem a bit cumbersome and frequent, but such is life.

Crap
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound is great when you can actually get them to connect to to Bluetooth. Noise canceling is also great when you can get them to connect. Therein lies the issue. Not sure if its because I'm using android but the connection almost never works. I've only had them for 3 days and the connection started gicing me issues day 2. I am returning these and will never purchase them again. This is completely unacceptable considered how much they cost

Charge one headphone
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had these headphones for years. They work well, but they tend to only charge one headphone. It’s infuriating.

Poor charging
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had 2 pairs of Powerbeats pro with the same long standing issue. My husband also has had 2 pairs with the same issue- all FOUR pairs wouldn’t charge both earbuds. Either one would be 100% and the other would be partially charged OR most times one ear bud would just remain dead. It was very difficult to get them to “sit just right” in the box to charge at all. So, FOUR pairs with this issue. Very disappointing especially with the high cost of these headphones.

1 ear does not work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just bought these yesterday 7/6/2019. Used them once to make sure they work and to connect them with my phone. Put them back in the case and today I went to use them and 1 ear bud does not connect. Put them back in the charging case just incase I didn't charge that earbud correctly over night let it charge for 10 mins since beats claims you can charge for 5 mins and have 1.5 hours of playtime and it still did NOT work... I spent a lot of money and I'm pretty disappointed. Will return and go to a different brand.
