Very uncomfortable even after changing the ear cushioning out they were still very uncomfortable

Purchased the PowerBeats Pro on 12/26/21. Had to have left earbud repaired on 6/12/2022 because it stopped working or charging. On/about 8/22/2022, the right earbud stopped working. Today, the left earbud stopped working. Neither one of them will charge. The earbuds did not last an entire year; they were a waste of my money. I will not buy them again.

Headphones stopped connecting properly to each other after about 1 year of use. and replacement from apple via chat or Genius bar is 250-350 for the whole set when a brand new set is only worth 170. Not worth the buy in my opinion if it only lasts for a year. Was only used in the gym, never swam in or dropped so not sure why the poor quality.

There not loud, and they hurt my ears after being in for a while threw out the day.

After week problem with right earphone does not connect..have to pair each time it is used.

I have had for a year and the head phones fall out of charge in the closed case. So the connect to my phone when case is closed and then do not charge. Please buy anything else. If beats reads this i would like my money back.

sound great but I'm lucky to get through a full song before losing connection and spending the next few mins. getting a connection that will last longer than 5mins. If you like good sound and only listen to 1 song at a time that is under 5mins these might be the headphones for you.

Loves working out using them. No movement during heavy lifting.

Great when it charges the battery in the case. The charging mechanism is the worst I have seen. After 6 months I stopped using this one, and now after 2 years, these devices do NOT charge well at all. A real pain... BUT when it works it is one of the best! But unfortunately I do not have the batteries charged!

Easy to set up. Great sound. Dont fall off like others.

Pairing issues all the time...annoying and inconsistent

I loved these until one of the ears broke. It does not work at all. I had seen a bunch of reviews about them breaking and thought i would be the exception but after about a month they broke

2nd time I have purchased these headphones, both times the letter “b” on the headphones comes off. For the price of the headphones you would think they would use a better adhesive. The sound quality over time diminishes.

Constant issues from dropping connections to not charging in the case because the headphones don’t lock in. I hate these, they’re not really sweat proof if you’re putting in real work. These have ruined one too many workouts so im switching to something else. Save your money, these aren’t worth $200 not even close.

I purchased these headphones and fell in love. They stop playing music/media when you remove them from your ear so you never miss a thing..... I am not even a full two weeks into owning them and the left earphone is bugging out. Music won’t play however an annoying Morris code noise is distinctive... the controls are on the left earphone are still working.... going to take them back and see how Bose did with their truly wireless headphones.

The right one would hardly play, I liked the way they sounded when they were both working. I'll stick to my studio wireless for now.

It ain't cheap. "Purchase" does not fit the bill here. "Invest" is the more accurate verb. Just imagine...$349.99 for headphones.

I bought these 3 months ago and have used them 6 times and 5/6 times the left ear bud disconnestcs and you cannot reset them with the charging case which is complete madness, so I have been stuck midway through a 5 mile run with no music. For $250 these things should be such a headache.
