Already broken after 1 day
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picked them up Saturday 1/11/25. Charged over night and left ear bud worked for 10 min and died. Doesn’t connect, shows 99% charge or will show 56%. Right ear bud connects fine. Did multiple resets still nothing. For the price your better off getting a $25 no name brand off Amazon and it will work longer

Just Ok!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like I have read in some other reviews sound quality is ok (lacks bass) and sometimes only one headphone works, then I have to repair/sync it up. This is frustrating because these are not the easiest headphone to get in your ear.

BUY IF YOU WANT YOUR EARS TO CRUST
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So who really knows what the exact composition material for these headphones are. I've purchased and used many of the Beats by Dre headphones and these headphones will hurt your ears, and if they don't consider yourself extremely lucky. Apple is not admitting that there is something wrong (may be waiting for a class action lawsuit). My ears get so red, itchy, and oozy. I do clean these headphones after every use. I let my ears heal, put them back on and BAM, ears are back on fire... Now the sound is amazing, crisp and clear.

Poor charging
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The left earbud had poor to no connection to the charger/case. It was frustrating to get to a workout and realize only one earbud had charged. The app would inconsistently display when it was or wasn't charging. It was a guessing game to determine if the bears charged or not. Very inconvenient to check every night to ensure they were charging. The apple care process is garbage and if it wasn't for best buys customer service I'd probably be dealing with apple care mailing back and forth, setting up appts and dealing with a poorly made product. I finally just traded them in for the newer beats earbuds since my wife has them and seems to be happy with them.

Old Technology and being discontinued this year
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Way overpriced. I paid $126 two years ago. They are marked up and then so called discounted. These are being discontinued the end of December 2023.

Don't buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beats are Junk - worse device I have ever purchased. Won't charge, won't connect, cannot upgrade firmware, Apple will not support. Suggest you buy another brand.

Charging problems and severe reaction to ear area
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While the sound was great, these were frustrating. Often only one side worked, so I would have to re-pair several times to get both sides working. Battery started to lose charge efficiency after a few months, which corresponded with when both of my ears, inside and out began to have severe reactions, which included clear fluid leaking from ears and skin peeling and itching. Discontinued use and tried again when ears were better and 10 minutes of wear initiated reaction again. Several wearers have reported the same, as discussed on Apple Forum.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have 2 pair, charging problems ALL the time…every time I have to guess, did both charge? Disappointed very much….not real comfortable over a long workout either. Like to walk and on long walks they become uncomfortable…

Do not buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked great for 1 year. Then the charging case sometimes won’t recognize the left or the right, which leads to having to blow a ton of time fiddling with each headphone trying to get them to connect and constantly checking your phone to see if they are finally going to charge. It would be better if after the manufacturers warranty if they just blew to pieces because this constant waste of time is maddening. I’d recommend any other similar product, because anything for this amount of money should last longer than 1 year.

Trust me -- Don't do it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphone actively ruin my runs and completely kill my buzz when I generate the energy to go for a run . The majority of the time they won't connect, or when they do, only one does. You might be thinking "yeah, but they are cool!"...That is what I thought, and yes it was cool when I first opened them, but there is no question I regret my decision to buy them. I don't think I have ever left a review for a product, bc I think leaving reviews are hype, but here I am trying to help you avoid the same mistake I did.

Worst charging design ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These sound fine but the case is bulky and they constantly lose contact with the charging tabs. Need to constantly check to make sure they are charging. Awful design.

Android users don't buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a pair from Apple and have had them for little over a month now. As an Android user, we are unable to see the battery life of the ear buds and I've gotten use to plugging them in to charge every 3rd day. However there have been several times now that I've only gotten a day and a half on a charge, or one of the 2 buds didn't even charge over night. For the huge $250 price tage Apple should have all the features available to all users, especially the battery life of the unit. They are also constantly breaking out of sterio while listening to podcasts.

“Water resistant” but water damage voids warrantee
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.“Water resistant” Powerbeats Pros: water damage voided the warrantee. Apple sent them for repair but wanted $99 because there was water damage. Sent in my “water resistant” Powerbeats Pros from the Apple Store for repair. Yes, they’ve been rained on. I expected that and bought them thinking “water resistant” would cover rain. Word from Apple is the warrantee is voided because of water damage. These have never been submerged. The charging case has hardly even gotten wet.
