I bought these 3 months ago and have used them 6 times and 5/6 times the left ear bud disconnestcs and you cannot reset them with the charging case which is complete madness, so I have been stuck midway through a 5 mile run with no music. For $250 these things should be such a headache.

They work great to start but the ear hooks fatigue over time and fail (the metal wire inside fatigues and then breaks rendering them completely useless). Typically happens after about 18 months so apple/beats won’t cover under standard 1 year warranty.

These are hands down the worst headphones I’ve ever used. They die constantly and only charge when they want to. I’ll ensure they’re set properly and it’ll say they’re charging just to go use them and have them be dead even when the case isn’t. TRASH

Controls not good, and it feels like they are made for big ear people like dumbo

bought one pair and had to return them in a week for repeatedly losing connection. This pair worked for about 2 months before the right one failed. Doesn't charge or play. I've owned most of the high end name brand Bluetooth Headphones. They've all lasted for years. I thought these were an upgrade. Worst set yet. Too bad because the sound and comfort were excellent

I wrote a previous review on these and said they were great, and they were... for a month. I started having connection and charging issues like everyone else. I have ben fighting with these for months and have to reset every time I want to use them, and even then, only one will work. Absolute garbage, do not buy,

One of the earphones stoped working not even a month of use

It started out that every once in a while only one headphone would work. I would put it back in the case and start again and that usually worked to fix, but over time the problem became more frequent until eventually one headphone simply would not work. Incredibly frustrating. I will not buy again.

We tried to get to work but one side did not. We returned it.

I purchased these about 18 months ago. The left ear bud quit taking a charge. Checking on the internet this is a common issue with these ear buds. While they worked the sound was good however I feel that after paying this much for earbuds they should have a life span more than 18 months.

Don't waste your money. They work fine at first they then lose audio in one or both of the ears. You can send them back to Apple pretty easily but they return them in the same condition. see video below. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ET0C9nhExZE Exactly my problem, You been warned.

After the last up date, the right ear phone shuts off after a 1 hour and a half. I have 2 sets they both do the same thing.

These are great for sound and function, when they charge properly. Unfortunately, 10% of the time one of the earbuds does not charge properly, varies on left and right. I’ve sent them for repair twice and Apple has not absolutely nothing to address the warranty issue and has simply sent them back.

These headphones SUCK. After a month, the earpiece can’t charge anymore. It breaks every time. It’s my third pair and the same thing keeps happening. Save your money, just buy AirPods

I bought a second pair,both had the same issue,battery life only las over a year,i paid for extended warranty, i sent them to apple,now imhave to wait 5 to 7 days to receive them back

I bought these 6 months ago and they are just not worth it. Won't hold a charge and Apple support won't help you at all with the issue. I would not recommend them, sound good when they work and the battery holds a charge. but they won't hold a charge consistently

I tried this headset expecting fantastic sound quality, but I was underwhelmed by the lack of bass. Switched to Boss and it was night and day, Far better. However I will say the clip over the ear feels nice and secure, my wife likes that feature.

These will not stay charged in the case. Ive had the worst time dealing w/ this especially before a workout. The shift off the 2 prongs inside easily.

Connection constantly drops and hard to initiate. Most expensive earphones I have purchased and the worst performing. Sound quality is great but doesn't help if it doesn't stay connected. Reverted back to my $20 pairs of earbuds.
