These are awful, quality really went downhill after apple acquired them, so many better options within rhis proce range. Avoid at all costs.

Worked for 1 year now only charge for 1 hr usuage. There was a Class Action suit againt apple, they had to pay claimants $189. If id known id not have bought these

Always been a Bose customer but tried these due to price point. The fidelity is auwful, almost no low end. I’ve had $29 wired skull candy that sound better

Bought 2. First one replaced under warranty. 2nd one, one side stopped working but charges. Reading blogs states it’s a problem after firmware install. These don’t last!

Wow, 250$ for this. Everything is great except. 2 blocks from home one ear isn’t working. The ONLY fix is to go back home, stick it in it’s giant charging box and try again. RIDICULOUS!!! Happened twice in 7 days. Bye bye doctor.

Had to return the first two pairs of these I purchased. the first set only connected half the time, the second set wouldn't charge. hopefully third times a charm.

I have had these for about a year and I hate them. I have tried over and over to use them. They’re comfortable and have great sound quality but BOTH EARBUDS NEVER PAIR. You are constantly re pairing devices hoping to get sound in both ears and it rarely happens. These were an absolute waste of money. It is infuriating to only get one earbud to work because they are very nice earbuds. So you keep trying and it still never works. Yes, even if you turn off automatic ear detection. Do not buy these.

these are TERRIBLE when i go to work out one ther is always one earphone that is not charge not charged I've switched them out once already its very frustrating listening out of one ear NEVER had them both working DO NOT BUY

Battery life isn't very long and the right ear doesn't stay changed at all. Disappointed for the price I paid..

The left ear bud stopped charging and will not connect to the charging box. I called customer sercice at Apple. They said i was out of warranty.

I've had these a while, since day one, they've sucked. I think they don't make good contact in the case, so they suck at charging.

Mine reports that I am connected by bluetooth but then looses audio and i can't get it back without refreshing the bluetooth They are also really uncomfortable

Absolutely a waste of money! They lose connection everything I try and use them, have to reset them to pair back up. And only one side of the headphones work. iPhone shows 99% on right side and 6% on left everytime! Went to store to exchange and they told me I had to do it at the Apple store! Even tho I bought the BEST BUY protection plan!
