    Worst product ever purchased

This product is by far the worst consumer product I've ever purchased. These are completely useless garbage. They do not function as a microphone, thus they cannot be utilized for phone call conversations. I have attempted several fixes, I'm very knowledgeable regarding technology. I tries different codecs, Android upgrades, nothing works. People simply cannot hear me. Also, they drop after several minutes. They completely disconnect regularly. They continually have pairing problems. It's very frustrating, mid workout, losing connection. They simply will not reconnect. Powering down the phone putting them in the case restarting the phone shutting off Bluetooth all the little tricks sometimes work, eventually. The sound quality is not impressive. They sound okay. They should sound decent or great for the cost. Don't fool yourself, these are a waste of money. The JL labs function flawlessly and sound as good if not better.

Let ear bud stooped working and it is not the charge. At times when it did not work I would pace it back in the charging box and quickly take it out and it would work fine for a while until I had to do it again. Now it just will not wok at all. DO NOT WASTE YOURR MONEY!

2 Broken Pairs, 2 Engineers Couldn't Fix Them

    Posted .

I had very frustrating issues with charging. I would leave the earphones in the case, with the case charging. Aaaaaaand they just...wouldn't charge. Sometimes one was fully charged and one was dead. Sometimes both were low. There was no pattern. I'm a biomedical engineer and my partner is a software engineer. The two of us tried everything: different outlets and charging cables, restarting the headphones and our phones, etc. Nothing worked. I called Apple support and tried so many fixes that the Apple tech eventually asked, "Did you try hitting it with a hammer?" Defeated, I exchanged them for a brand new, identical pair of headphones. I immediately experienced the SAME ISSUES. Avoid these headphones. They're expensive and nonfunctional. I've ripped my Beats sticker off my laptop and am moving to another product.

    So disappointed

    Posted .

I'm surprised that anyone would consider these to have excellent sound. I'm right now wearing a 19.99 pair of wireless earbuds and listening to Mozart on my laptop. The sounds is rich and beautiful. When I switch to Powerbeats it's almost painful how tinny the music is. I tried changing tips in the earbuds and it improved, but only slightly. Sound level is an issue with these, too. Even with the sound all the way up on my Powerbeats, I often have to turn the sound on my device all the way up as well, even though that's not the case with other earbuds. Sadly I had wanted these exactly because I wanted to listen to more classical music, but I will definitely not be using these. They're fine for podcasts and they're actually great for talking on the phone, but why spend almost $200 for that? Very disappointed!

    Uncomfortable and tinny sound

I had very modest expectations. I wanted earbuds that wouldn't fall out when I am exercising, gardening, etc. I guess they don't fall out easily, BUT they: are difficult to put on are deeply uncomfortable ( I tried various included tips) After five minutes, my ears hurt SOUND TERRIBLE, like really tinny, as in my $10 wired emergency earbuds sound better. No bass at all. I was really surprised about the sound quality being so bad. I downloaded the app but there are no eq controls. Using with an android phone. I returned them and do not recommend.

    NOT!

These "things" are awful. They are tough and have a good look to them but the sound quality broke the deal with me. I would compare them to listening to music via a tin can. I'm old school and remember Dr. Dre but... I bet he has a pair of Bose instead of these, lol... Don't waste your time with these earbuds if sound quality is your aim. You would have to pay me to listen to tunes with these... Not happening. Thanks Best Buy for letting me return this item and get what made me happy.

Have had mine for several years and they have not worked well from day one. Returned my first pair thinking that they were defective. If I have my phone in a belt clip on the back of my shorts the signal to the headphones cuts out repeatedly. I have to have the phone towards the front of my body in order for these earphone to get a decent signal. When gardening and bending over this does not work well. Do not waste your money on these.

    2 Broke Pairs

They’re are non adjustable sound which is well behind other buds. While using one bud the sound quality is greatly reduced. After one month the left bud began humming. Not long after it is out. Sent back to Apple and have been waiting a total of 9 days so far for a replacement. While waiting the right bud did the same. Terrible ear buds for the price. To add my wife’s left one started humming. It’s now in apples waiting list.
