Excellent quality item as one would expect from Beats. Only downfall for me is the volume level. This is my second pair of beats and I feel as though neither play as loud as I would like. Battery life is great and the sound quality is very good!

Work great I don’t suggest getting the geek squad protection plan because as long as there is a apple warranty Best Buy won’t fix and by the time the apple warranty is up so is the geek squad so basically you can save a little cash by not purchasing the extra protection plan

I wanted new earbuds since my old beats broke. I was temporarily using my boyfriends jbls and they did the job until I forget them at the bowling alley. They fit snug in my ear and are easy to use. Overall love them.

Love my Powerbeats! Super comfortable, easy to pair with my phone for walks and working out. Amazing sound and never have fallen out. Lava Red is really Lava Orange in my opinion, I don't see red when I look at them.

Sound quality is amazing. The noise canceling feature is essential for everyday use like focusing on my work tasks and working out. The silicone earbuds do hurt my ear from wearing the headphones for extended periods.

These headphones are pretty good. The sound quality is makes you feel well immersed in whatever it is you may be listening to. Further more, jia gave amazing service! she told me about the AppleCare warranty I could get on my head phones, as well as the best by credit card. though i didn’t apply for it then, i will definitely keep it in mind for future purchases.

Good product,just too heavy. One of my ears was always hurting when wearing them. Ended up buying the new model,which is lighter and slimmer

I mainly use these headphones mainly for weightlifting and playing basketball.I’ve owned the Bose sound sport free’s headphones as well, and I prefer the Powerbeats Pro over the Bose. The hook around the ear makes them very stable and are able to stay in my ear better than the Bose. Though they did cause some ear pain when I first got them, but not anymore.

I wear these all the time, they never fall out and the sound is amazing!!!!!!

It’s been a few weeks since I bought these. I use them for my runs and gym sessions. Excellent battery life. It took some getting used to for the fit for my ears but very comfortable now. They don’t move at all while running or working out and no sound quality issues with the sweat. Easily connects with my IPhone due to Apple’s M1 chip. Also like that I can control volume on the unit. Minor gripe is the bulky charging case but not a showstopper. I was able to trade in my old Bose Soundsport earbuds thanks to the Best Buy trade in program. Highly recommend.
