Left ear piece won't charge

Right earbud issues

First time the right but was stuck and wouldn't work. Took them and they said they replaced the whole rightnear bud. Now the sound in the right ear is not working and won't reconnect to my phone.

Ok product poor battery longevit and uncomfortably

Everytime I go to use these the battery is dead. Right earbud only lasts a few minutes now. Also these earbuds have always been uncomfortable to me - hurts top of my ears and ear canal. I can only wear for short periods (<1 hour)
