Great product. Exceptional battery life, great sound quality, and best of all they stay in your ears regardless of activity! Durable product, I run mine 10-12 hours a day 6 days a week and have had no issues with them for over a year now.

When I Came into bestbuy to purchase my beats by dre earphones a very nice greeter at the front door named RUDY welcomed me into the store. I could not find any one that could help me get the headphones from out of the case. At this point, Rudy was not supposed to leave the front of the store but he did just to help me. He was awesome. The customer service that i received was excellent.

They work very well, and have very little issue connecting.

These are almost perfect. And the reason I say almost is mostly due to the comfort level these offer. I wouldn’t say they’re the best at being comfy and sound wise not the loudest, but everything else compensates for that. 9 hours battery life for each side, fast charging, mic on both sides an so on...

Bought for my son and he loves these earphones. He did not think he would, but he does. Great product.

To be honest, I don't care at all about the siri features or any of that. I wanted an easy to pair set of earphones that didn't rely on being shoved into my ears and that had amazing sound. These Beats do all three. I have very small ear canals so I needed an over-the-ear hook. They also have better bass than any other "in ear" phones I have heard. Finally, the legendary easy of pairing (exactly the same as AirPods) just make using them a breeze. They are exactly what I needed.

My wife loves these as they fit firm and never have even appeared to feeling like they would come loose. Purists would not like the Beats heavy bass, but for working out they more than meet the demands.

I have had beats for years, I decided it was time to upgrade to a true wireless and these have been awesome.

If you have average or bigger ears don’t bother with all the others this is for you. It will take time not hurting after extended use but your ears gets used to and can ware all day no problem. This won’t fall off your ears like other earbuds that’s why I love them

only ding would be the fact that you need the case to pair to your phone. Had it lose connection on two runs...sucked

I have small ears and these fit nicely. I can leave them in all day. The sound is crisp and clear. It's great for taking calls and listening to my Spotify channel. Sometimes the battery will run low quickly and it takes a long time to charge. But they work great when charged.

Pretty much what I expected from these earbuds, nothing more or less

I have the Airpods and love these more. The fit in my ears is solid. I don't have to worry about them falling out in workouts, running or just walking. The sound is so good and the bass is tuned. I have the blue ones because liked those the best. I do wish they had noise cancellation but I got them for $200 on Best Buy not bad at all. The quality is good for me. Apple has the best connection in terms of bluetooth across their devices. Easy breezy setup out the box.

I received this as a gift and have been amazed by the quality of these earbuds. They are very comfortable and the sound is amazing. This is my 1st pair of true wireless earbuds. It is awesome not having to worry about the wires being tangled or pulling off my ears. They connect to my Android phone with no problems. Would recommend these to anyone looking to go wireless.
