I bought these headphones and I was happy. After a few months one earphone stopped charging so I made an appointment By using the best buy website. I showed up at the store at the appointed time. Imagine my surprise when I found out that despite the appointment, I had to queue up with people who also came to the store for a similar reason without an appointment. I asked the manager to explain the situation. MakingAppointment is for that the store will knows that I will appear. And then I have to wait like at a doctor's appointment. That was the manager's explanation for my complaint. And that they don't have enough people, so what are these appointments online for? I was not only one at the long line in the store with the appointment. It was a cesar bay at brooklyn. Shame on you Best buy store. Despite my dedicated, or rather wasted time, I still had to do an appointment to the apple store to solve the problem with my headphones.

Great pair of earphones! Great clarity in music and they feel secure in your ears.

Very easy to install but a bit uncomfortable because they are tight on your ears. Sound is great and noise. Cancellation are perfect but that is the only inconvenience that I have with these Bluetooth.

Fits well in the ear and the sound is great . It doesn’t fall out while working out

I want to love these but there are times when they will all of a sudden just disconnect my call that I’m on. Not sure if it is a bug and needing an update. Other than that I like the sound, the bass and the clarity of calls

Great Bluetooth option. I like the over the ear option to make sure they stay secure. One or both I can use them to listen to music or make a call. They sync up with my iPhone very easily.

These guys are great for running , they don’t fall off . Battery life great .

I was so exited when I saw the first announcement of these headphones; as a Powerbeats 3 owner I already liked the design and sound quality and now I can get a better design and quality but without the cable! But then I had to deal with that enormous charging case that there’s no way you can fit in any pocket. It also didn’t help that I bought them right when COVID hit, and when I needed to put on or take off my mask I would have to take the Beats off first. The other problem is the call quality which is good but not great like the AirPods Pro. But if the case size is not a concern for you and the mic sound quality doesn’t have to be perfect, these are a great pair of headphones with the best battery life available and great sound quality

I bought these thinking I would not be pleased since I already have the Powerbeats3s. Boy was I wrong. Losing the cord and the sound quality difference is huge. I find myself wearing them around the house with just one in rocking all night long without the cord dangling. They are great in the gym, making calls and just all around use. Highly recommended and the sound difference is a lot better than the 3s.
